Never trust this company anymore! This one doesn't deserve even 1 star!. I booked leaving my name, bank account, address l was and where l should go. No taxi was there, even email confirmed it in 10mn. I called the service and l discovered they are in Dublin (very expensive call from Belgium). The woman asked me the spelling of my email, to be sure l was really me. I did it many times ...l lost a lot of time and money. It was not enough to say where l was and where l should go, the phone and the name and also again my credit card...they took money, of course and the taxi never arrived. To don't trust!

The taxi never turned up. I called to cancel the booking and unbeknownst to us they set up a monthly standing order for €39 per month without our consent. Avoid.

Indeed this is scam. Not only the taxi never came but they also retrieved 40 euros 10 days later. I had to deactivate my credit card in the middle of a trip. Here are the details: on a trip in Mantova, Italy, on 22 January 2026 at 15:10 I ordered a taxi that never came. It was cancelled at 16:27. And then, when I was back home, on 1 February 2026 they retrieved 39 euros from my bank without any reason. I had to change credit card.

Would be 0 stars If I could. We ordered a taxi in January but it never turned up so we cancelled the order. We thought nothing further about this company as much better options existed. 1 month later and my partner has been charged a “subscription” fee for €39. He never agreed to any “subscription”, never got an email or text to confirm anything. Such a scam, avoid company.

We booked a taxi which then cancelled five mins before turning up. We had contacted you to say that this taxi was to get us to our ferry and you assured us it would be arriving and then we receive a email saying it had been cancelled. We have now missed our ferry home. This has cost us a lot extra money. So far around 200 euros extra on our travels

Taxi Scam
I was in Bruges on 14th January 2026 and needed a taxi. Contacted Bookeo24.com and to my surprise, learned that I was connected to Dublin. I paid EU 0.10 on my credit card and waited for the taxi to arrive. It duly arrived and at the end of my journey, paid the driver 15 Euros in cash.
On 24th January 2026, I noticed a charge of 39 Euros pending on my account, so immediately cancelled my credit card and reported the matter to my bank’s fraud department, which is now an ongoing investigation.
Despite me cancelling my credit card, the 39 Euros has still been taken from my account and despite my request for a refund, it has been declined.
WHY WOULD l TAKE OUT A SUBSCRIPTION FOR 39 EUROS FOR A ONE OFF TAXI JOURNEY?
I repeat my request that a refund for 39 Euros is made, so that Bookeo24.com can vastly improve their reputation and not rip off many unsuspecting customers!
I WILL ONLY RECONSIDER MY REVIEW IF A REFUND IS FORTHCOMING!

I ordered a taxi on this website on 1/16 and €0.10 was charged to my credit card. Never received any type of notification that a taxi was in the way or had arrived. Also never agreed to any type of subscription. Then I was charged an additional €39 on 1/20 which apparently is part of a subscription scam that you guys run and think is completely ok. This charge needs to be reimbursed and obviously cancel this bs subscription going forward. Authorities will be notified if this not handled immediately.

Bad service
Bad service. The subscribed me to a plan and charged me 39 euro after 3 days. They charged me 39 euro although no taxi was available. On their website sales terms of service it says refunds can be processed before the 14th day of the subscription but when I contacted them they said they can't process my refund. It's a big scam. Never use this service again. I want my money back. If you process my refund, only then I remove this bad review.

Do not use their services!!! I booked a taxi through this app. The taxi was initially confirmed but then never showed up. They charged me 39 euro as a subscription fee that was not openly disclosed in their webpage nor formally accepted by me. I have now informed my bank and ask for a chargeback and block any future attempts of charging me again. You need to cancel the subscription but I also recommend to inform your bank. ANSWER TO BOOKEO’s REPLY : I booked a taxi and I have screenshots. I don’t know if you also use other fraudolent practices about ID photo compliance but I booked a taxi that never arrived and your practice constitutes a HIDDEN CHARGE for a subscription wich is illegal since the 39€ fee was not clearly visible before payment. This violates EU price transparency rules. Presenting a taxi booking while secretely activating subscription is considered HIDDEN SUBSCRIPTION BILLING, deceptive commercial practices and unauthorized recurring charge. Under EU law this behaviour qualifies as Consumer fraud. (2011/83/EU)

Contacted the crooks after they took money from my card 3 days after the taxi I booked through them didn't show up. No notification that the taxi wasn't going to come until Thursday 15th January 13 days after the booking was placed for the morning of the 3rd !!!
It's an absolute con do not use them.
Customer Service don't answer the phone when chasing up the booking, hide behind subscription t&c's when requesting a refund because the 72hr trial had passed.
They didn't provide the service they promised no confirmation that the booking could not be fulfilled until 12 days after the taxi was needed !!
!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !!!

It’s a con not only did the driver charge us more then was quoted I was also charged £39 euros for a subscription fee- they say it’s in the terms and conditions but as most people would not expect a subscription fee to a taxi company it should be stated in bold print!
I’m just getting advise on reporting to trading standard as no refund has been offered and when I came on here it’s very clear that every complaint it’s about the £39 charge and they refuse to remove it!
