Booked & Paid is a lead generation agency for deck builders, outdoor living contractors and home remodeling companies across the United States. We book qualified homeowner appointments on a pay per shown appointment basis, with no retainer and no setup fee. Most contractors buy leads. A name and a number, sold to three or four builders at once, and half of them never answer the phone. You end up driving forty minutes to quote someone with no budget, no timeline, and two other companies already booked in. We work differently. We run the Facebook and Instagram advertising, speak to every homeowner who enquires, and qualify them properly on budget, project size, timeline and whether it's their property to make the decision on. Only then does the appointment go into your calendar, with a confirmed date and time. You turn up and quote. That's it. Who we work with: deck builders, patio and pergola installers, screened porch and four season room builders, hardscaping and outdoor living companies, and kitchen and bathroom remodeling contractors. Exclusive territories. One contractor per thirty mile radius, so you are never bidding against another of our clients for the same homeowner. How the pricing works. No retainer, no setup fee, no minimum term. You are charged per qualified appointment, and if a homeowner does not show up it is credited back, so across a month you only ever pay for the appointments that actually happened.
