Beware!!

As others have said, they mislead you into thinking you are dealing with booking.com
We got suspicious as soon as we booked but they wouldn't refund. Fortunately the bank were awake and refunded.
It is a scam site. The lesson we learnt was to always check that you are on the correct, legitimate booking platform.

No problem with them

No problem with them. They replied asap.
Very helpful and everything is fine at the hotel so I don't know where these bad reviews are coming from..

Beware: it's a scam!

This website and all it's affiliates are a scam. It illegally uses images and descriptions from my legitimate Booking.com listing to deceive customers. Multiple Trustpilot reviews report that individuals booked through this site, paid, and received no reservation or refund.
The site has been reported for fraudulent activity.
Avoid entirely and never enter credit card details or other sensitive information!

Beware of booked.net

Booked two single nights at a hotel near Bali airport with booked.net. The second night came through as a booking.com booking, which seemed a little strange, but I didn't think any more about it. Then I started getting weird emails containing a link, saying that my booking would be cancelled if I didn't click on the link and confirm my details. I became suspicious, and after what I have read, I cancelled both bookings (the second one was not even acknowledged as having a valid code, by booking.com, so I suspect not booked). Cancelled my debit card. Removed debit card details from the booking.com site, and booked again without touching booked.net. They now cannot take any money from me. (Interesting that the address given in the reply below is not the same as given on their site, which does not work. I already wrote to that address copying the spam and asking them about it and received no reply.)

Not a good start to using Booked.net…

Not a good start to using Booked.net 1st time.
Have booked x2 nites using them to book the Tenseien Onsen Hotel in Hakone JP & it wasn’t until that I printed off the receipt / booking confirmation that:
a) instead of a deposit they billed my Credit Card for the entire amount!!! Yet, in the booking process it clearly said a DEPOSIT ONLY will be charged and you are to pay the Hotel the balance upon checking-in - clearly MISLEADING
b) then further I get hit with hidden charges for Service charges of USD 41.66 & 139.27

Don’t use this booking site!! They are misleading tricksters

No 24/7 Customer Service Line

Sadly, I cannot at all recommend booking through this platform. I received a booking confirmation for my hotel via booked.net prior to my travel only to show up and have the hotel tell me they needed to cancel my reservation because whatever third party booked.net used to book the accommodation had given them a virtual card which could not be validated. The hotel had called them to make them aware of the issue prior to my travel date and no one on their end reached out to the hotel to resolve the issue, nor did they contact me to let me know there was an issue with the booking. They did not provide the hotel with my contact information in the booking and so the hotel was also unable to reach out to me directly to inform me ahead of time. Instead I had to find this out when trying to check into the hotel. I tried to call booked.net only to get a message saying they were closed and asking me to leave a voicemail. The hotel gave me the number of their booking partner to try, but while they could see the reservation on their end, they refused to work with me stating they could only work with booked.net directly. Obviously this put me in a really bad situation with no place to stay, and no one available on their end to help resolve the issue and assist with finding alternative accommodations. I ended up having to book two separate reservations last minute at another hotel that I found on my own while still out the money for the original booking through booked.net. While they have said they are working to process a refund, we’ll see how long this takes. Even so, I personally feel that a refund - while certainly owed to me - is not enough to make things right given the headache this has caused. I’m really surprised that they don’t have a 24/7 customer service line given that this seems to be a consistent issue people experience when booking through them, as numerous other reviews show. Save yourself the stress and book through literally anyone else.

SCAMMERS

This people should really find a real job and not put others people apartments without asking permission. I hope that a huge amount of people will act legally against this unprofessional and useless pepole. I asked them to remove my house from the page and it is still there.

Terrible service. Emailed and got no support whatsoever. Very unprofessional! Now that I have read other reviews with many scam accusations, I am not even going to try to go any further with my bookings. Done with this site!

This company SCAMMED ME

This company SCAMMED ME! Booked a hotel urgently and turned out it was not forwarded to the hotel and the hotel refused and rejected my check-in. I had to pay again in cash just so we can check in. Sent email to customer support bit to no avail. No response from cusfomer support

Booked two hotel rooms through this…

Booked two hotel rooms through this company, when we turned up they had no booking nor had they ever heard of this company. They had no availability so had to trawl around trying to find a hotel. Ended up paying double the rate just to get a bed for the night. Emailed company, but they refuse to process refund. This is a scam company, avoid

Lies and misinformation

They provide false information and rates for our property which is listed on booking.com while claiming they have a contract with them!!!
This is outrageous and illegal.

Scam

I stumbled upon photos of a property that we are listing, on booking.net which we had no knowledge of. This home has been rented out through reputable sites, such as Airbnb and bookin.com. Yet, here it was, falsely advertised on booking.net without any permission. Booking.net is acting fraudulently. They do not have authorization to use images of our property, nor do they have the right to list it for rental. I strongly advise booking.net to take down these unauthorized photos and listings immediately.
