The idea of the service is good, although the website is rather outdated. Unfortunately, we never got to experience the service properly, as the driver canceled on us on our wedding day. While that's not the fault of BookAClassic, and maybe not even the fault of the driver (his car broke down), we wish that BookAClassic had better support in these situations and would have been able to offer a backup car. After all, the service is a crucial part of the day for most people who book it.
Tried to book 4 times on dates and locations that were “available” each time for our upcoming wedding and all 4 times were rejected. Looks like there is a huge disconnect between the service and the drivers/cars owners.
Booked a classic for my wedding and must say the service, not to mention the car!, where great!
We needed the car a little longer than expected and this was accomadated. All in all i would recomend this site to book your special occasion classic!
