Omni Parking
Omni Parking, booked at Orlando (MCO) through book2park, provides excellent service. I use the valet service which costs no more than self park. I hand them my keys, and head to the shuttle. When I get back I notify them and when I arrive by their shuttle, my car is waiting for me. Once I had a ride from MCO to Omni, and when I arrived, gave them my ticket number, and my car was delivered in a few minutes. I will use this place any time I have to leave my car at MCO.

Close, convenient and safe parking
Close, convenient and safe parking close to Dulles Airport. Hotel has a fast, reliable shuttle which has always been responsive to our calls. Will continue to use in the future for all my trips from this airport.

We apologize that we didn't reply to the email you sent today at 6 am prior to our business hours ( 8:00am -11 pm eastern time).
As mentioned to you during our call, we have a 24 hours response time due to the volume of emails we receive. The best way to get a hold of us would be through online chat or phone as you were able to see during your call at 2:08pm when you were able to speak to our CSR.
We want to first of all apologize for the inconvenience you experienced this should not have happened.
As promised, we reached out to the hotel in regards to this and left a message to the hotel General Manager Mr. Bake Baker. We have contacted them to clarify the misunderstanding and we have also confirmed with our bank that payment has been received by the hotel.
The front desk clerks currently at the desk had no recollection of denying the partnership. Please note, we understand that this could be a misunderstanding from a newer team member and this is why we wanted to address this with the hotel's general manager and with you immediately.
We look forward to having a second opportunity to make things right!

Great experience from the ease of signing up for the service to the checking in at the BWI hotel. Must be a popular venue as the extremely large parking lot was almost filled to capacity.

GREAT experience with long term parking
Made a 20 day parking reservation in Dec 2021. This was our first time using Book2park and boy! am I glad we did!!!The reservation process was quick and effortless. Cost was fair. Travel day came and went without a hitch. Lots of open parking. The location of the hotel was just right. Hotel offered a shuttle to and from the airport. All around positive experience. Will definitely use again someday.

Good and fair
Price was right ... only parking left was on the roof ... clerk at hotel desk was little help ... security guard was very nice and gave me a ride to my car ... just got to the pickup spot and shuttle was already there ... perfect timing

said they would pick us up in 10. made us wait in the freezing cold for 30 mins. lady at front desk is so rude hung up on us 5 times. she needs to be fired or retrained. very unprofessional do not trust

My experience was superb! I've never had such an easy long term parking experience at BWI.
Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. There was only one person at the lobby desk and he was overwhelmed but WONDERFUL.

Better Service than Airport-operated Lots
I've been using Book2Park for airport parking at Philadelphia and Baltimore for several years, and will continue doing so. The parking lots are always excellent, and usually the shuttles are quick and reliable. I've learned that it's best to choose lots with scheduled, 24 hour shuttle service, but have never had a problem even with non-scheduled service. Especially good about Book2Park is that there are no hidden fees/cost surprises.
