Amazing service, super friendly family company. They got our Newell Coach all sorted out and even invited us to family lunch in the shop. Will be back to add more lights next time we are on the east coast. Brad & Heidi King

I bought a set well. I had a set bot for me for Christmas evidently. They were lost in the mail. Finally received them after 3 months. I put them on. It is only been maybe 7 months if that and they've already started breaking off. And I've got like 15LEDs on each side of my truck that are out. I've reached out. I've sent pictures. They don't even respond.I don't think I would buy them again...like all they're bad reviews they blame the customer i did put in 2 tickets not customers fault they go un answered I'm not lazy I was patient waiting 3 months to recieve them and sent in pics only response after my review they're awsome when they was 1st put on was trying to get replacements as this truck goes to light shows all the time and if I can't get replaced ill pull them and the boogey lights logo off and find different lights

A follow up. They make it sound like they have quality product-not true! There are many led kits for far less money getting higher than 4.1 out of 5.0 ratings! They are arrogant, again blaming installation rather accountable for product failure! Be cautioned!

Boogey Lights is truly exceptional at what they do. Brought in my 2024 W900 Anniversary Edition to make it even more 1 of a kind, and they delivered.

After a 2 day install of some of the cleanest lighting work you will ever see, I was blown away at the result. These guys exceeded expectations, which were already unimaginably high due to the pictures I've seen before. This is pure perfection that brought life to my unique truck.

The whole team made me feel part of the family, and were so welcoming to a first time customer. It was such a refreshing experience in 2024. The customer service here is what the world used to offer. I couldn't have been more ecstatic. Every single person took time out of their busy day to chat, and were all so proud of their business... which they should be. You can feel the pride in the product and in their work.

If you want to make your vehicle one of kind, personalized and a total head turner, this is the place to do it. I wouldn't think twice, as there isn't a close second in vehicle lighting. This is the only way to go.

Everything about this experience was awesome! From helping me figure out what I needed on my camper to quickly delivering the lights, they were on it! Easy to follow instructions with plenty of detail.

Unable to rate led. Ordered two weeks ago and still not shipped. Called twice and told should send out when they get stock. Going camping Memorial Day and was hoping to have installed but in sure if it will arrive in time. I guess having problem getting supply for lights.

As a former electronics tech and generally OCD I was very impressed with not only the shop but the very professional attention to detail. Very clean install, very neat routing of wires. Brackets made to support the lights not just zip tied to whatever.
The customer service was amazing, tech took me around and underneath to show me all that was done so I could understand what was done. The lights look amazing!

We had the full under carriage light package installed on our 43' Motorcoach eight months ago and were fully satisfied. Just a couple of weeks ago, one of the six light strips shorted out, probably because of a minor defect which I would imagine is a rare event. Boogie Lights immediately honored their warranty without hesitation and sent us a replacement strip with the necessary additional items and thorough instructions (they offered to handle the replacement/installation gratis at their facility, but we are currently too far away). I removed the old, faulty strip and installed the new strip with little difficulty (not bad for a 70 year old amateur) and we are the envy of the RV campgrounds once again. Many thanks to Brad and the whole Boogie Lights family.

It’s been a min since I have used their lights. Install on my new 22’ Road Glide Limited. They look awesome and make the bike stand out with all the color possibilities. Thanks for a great product.

Was not sure what to get. Called up and within 5 minutes of talking I was giving them my credit card number. Super happy with product. Super happy with customer service. All around a great company. Without a doubt I would give them a call and talk to them before you get lights from someplace else

Boogey lights don’t stand behind their product or their warranty. We have been going back and forth with them for over a year, trying to address issues we have with their lights. The lights worked properly for a good 3 months and then we began running into issues. We have sent them countless pictures of the issues. We followed the installation instructions to a T. Why wouldn’t we, after spending a great deal of money on their product. We even purchased extra adhesive to guarantee a secure adhesion. We have documented proof of it and have even shown them. In the end they just keep brushing us off. We believe in investing in American made products and wanted to support this company. Sadly enough if we would have bought a different brand on Amazon we wouldn’t be in this situation because they at least guarantee customer satisfaction. Don’t take the gamble and hope that these will last long term because if they don’t, Boogey lights won’t care.

Well, just got home from a two day install and am absolutely satisfied with the results, maybe even more than that!

Taylor spent the first day installing the underlighting and the second day 0n the awning LED’s

Anyone that has a Palazzo with the side scissor arms in the awning know how lacking the original LED strip is.

He installed the new lights few inches down in the side and creates the much needed illumination with the awning.

This was many times better than I anticipated.

The attention to detail was fantastic and the wire management was superior!

This is a family owned business and took me in like a family member, even fed me.

They have electric hookups for any day before arrivals! I stayed on their lot and had a mini vacation. They have WiFi and food delivery selection is great.

They sell online but if you are close to Cincinnati area, it’s well worth the installation as some of us are a little thick and old to get under our coaches!

We had the sides , front and engine bay done as well as new awning side lights.

Once again, this is the place to go!

Called with general inquiries. Brian was a huge help outlining what best product to get for my needs. Didn't feel up-sold on items. They customize your leads for wiring and had a ton of options to make the project work. Everything arrived in good shape, instructions are clear and their youtube videos offer a bunch of tips to help with set up. I will definitely recommend them to others. Thanks!

Great customer service. I had questions and texted them in and actually got an answer as to which kit I needed on a SUNDAY! Also had a change order and they made it with no questions asked prior to shipping out. Great company and great product.

The lights are decent but the durability upon installation is VERY sensitive and weak! I taped up both ends so there was not hanging pressure on the connection and still managed to loose the red color. I’m not really sure how much more careful you need to be! I would expect for the cost, at lease some durability

Had our Boogey lights installed in June 2021! Couldn’t be happier and our lights are amazing. They really make our 45 foot class A RV really stand out and they are classy!
We had a very good experience with the whole Boogey Lights gang, including the dogs!
We arrived late in the evening and stayed overnight in their very secure parking lot. The next day, during installation, we hung out for quite some time with everyone in the shop, visiting, talking and all the dogs playing and running around. You immediately feel like family! Everyone is very nice and friendly!
After installation we given great instructions on how our Boogey lights work! The lights are amazing and we’re really happy with them! Would recommend them for sure!
