Only signed up for one thing and cancelled straight away for them to take out £59.99 a day later under something I did not sign up for. Contacted them and advised they have put through a refund and that it could take 30 days. Waited 30 days they are saying it went through but it's not hit my account and they are saying it's banks fault. This company are total con artists. Nothing wrong with my bank you haven't put through any type of refund. Theives and con artists. Stay well clear. Most useless lying company i have came across and They should be totally ashamed of themselves.

I had never even heard of this company, did not sign up to any fitness site. They took £59.99 out of my account fraudulently. I obviously cancelled my card immediately. When I tracked them down to get my money back they said - your subscription is now cancelled. I did not subscribe in the first place! Nothing said about MY money. I chased this… They said they had refunded. Three weeks later, nothing. I chased again - they have said I need to contact my bank to re-activate the card that I had to cancel BECAUSE OF THEM to get it. As if I trust this illegal company enough to do this. Absolutely discraceful!!!!

This is a scam! I typed in 2 different credit card details which were declared invalid by Bonxmedia. Coles state they have no promotion going for a $250 gift card.
