I’ve tried to get my bonus to account for several times in a year. I hope I’ll get them finally.

I tried to put the money on my account two times. And still nothing.

You have to wait bonuses over a year and some shop buttons doesn't work so you lose good discounts and bonuses. It also took long time for staff to respond queries.

If it takes two YEARS and many emails until I got my bonuses.

You cannot withdrow your earned money to your bank account system just does not work. You get SMS for pin code but when you set your bank account IBAN system just transfers you to Trustpilot and moneys stays at Bonusway account.
EDIT: this does work through website not thorugh App so propably there is smo bug with latesta IOS?

Still waiting for my bonuses from 31.01.2025 - 03.02.2025.

Edit: Bonuses were added to my balance so i'm raising my rating to three stars.

I still waiting bonuses from 2023-2024, about 40-70 eur. many times was answer that they will contact me on my complain. Nothing. 0/5.

Tried many Times, 1/10 succesfully

Lot of headache for small sums. Even if i have used the app to purchase it wont register just as im visited the store. In these matters the costumers service have been to no help.

For many years I've been using cashback service Kopikot which is owned by bonusway Finland but then it was just shut down without any notice and without paying out cashback to their clients! I lost more than 80 EUR, thank you so much, bonusway.

Worked just fine when joined, but after first withdraw about 90% of purchases are just stuck in evaluation, oldest now being over 20 months and the most "recent" 16 months ago still evaluated

I haven't gotten any bonuses for at least a year!

Money is showing ready to be transferred to my account but it won't move. Transaction seems to work but next day money shows back on bonusway and never moves to my account. Tried several times over few weeks. Took close to a year it got accepted, finally once got an actual answer but still not helpful if money still stuck.

Edit: after lot of messages got answered by helpful staff member and finally got money out. So very slow but better late than never!
