Do not deposit via mobile !!!

I deposited by mobile and when withdrawing was asked to provide a copy of my bill that doesn’t generate for another month March 18th I’ve provided bills and statement showing it’s all above board but they’re telling me to wait for my money until after March 18th although last week they happily allowed me to have my winnings paid into my bank! I have shown them a copy of my current mobile charges showing the payments made to Boss Bonus.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK

UPDATE
I EMAILED LIKE THEY STATED AND THEIR EMAIL STATES IT CAN TAKE UP TO 8 WEEKS FOR A COMPLAINT TO BE DEALT WITH !! WHICH I THINK IS UNACCEPTABLE.

FURTHER UPDATE : THEY'RE ASKING ME TO WAIT UNTIL APRIL TO RECIEVE MY FUNDS

Ok so after I played 130 and won 1500 they asked for I.d and I gave them everything to get verified but in the end they actually paid me so obviously not a scam if you have all your ID the reviews are nothing to worry about as long as you are who you say you are they will pay.and from verification complete the money was in the next day.. thank you bouns boss it’s a shame you have these bad reviews as I enjoy playing the games

Took a while for them to sort my ID out! But in the end I called them and it was all sorted! Takes a while for the money to go into your bank I was waiting about two weeks.

I joined this site a while ago I recently had two wins that came to 230 pound I withdrew the money but never received it I've been told I gave wrong bank details when I know they were correct they told me the 200 withdrawal was wrong details but I did not receive the 30 withdrawal either I will be taking this further there is obviously a scam and people are being robbed

Absolute scam business! Bonus boss does not pay out at all! I've provided several types of identification which were accepted. I deposited by mobile and when withdrawing I was asked for a copy of my next month bill and copy a bank statement to confirm that I paid the bill, This is despite the fact that I already provided and had approved 3 forms of different ID so far including the mobile phone bill from recent month. I recently joined this site and really enjoyed playing the games on offer. When it came to withdrawing my winnings, I was asked to provide proof of identification, I whole heartedly agree with this procedure so duly proceeded. Upon providing these documents I was then asked personal questions about my overdraft facility with my bank and was told that my account couldn’t be verified until I could show proof of my overdraft agreement. This is disgusting when all relevant documents were provided. I have proof of this conversation if needed

I won 50 pounds beginning of September after sending id and numerous phone calls, live chat says wrong bank details i know I entered correct ones as I checked it and doesn't help when typing stuff in its all dark. Full of fake reviews most shocking site ever how can u win off a bonus. I only paid £20 for deposit and won £340 from game Viking lighting. Withdrew it expecting it'll take a few days. Got it in 30 minutes. Very nice experience.

I signed up and received 30 or 50 free spins I forget which. With these I won about £12 bonus credit. I somehow managed to complete the 40x wagering requirements and end up with £35.80 cash. I am in the prosses of withdrawing. I had to provide ID, I had to resend one of the bits sent due to a mistake my end. I have now made the W/D ( about 24 hours ago) fingers crossed this should all go to plan ( I will update when it does or does not arrive )

This site is a joke made a deposit Thursday of £30!! Scanned and sent multiple copies of my bank statements and phone bills and they are still rejecting them!! Give me my money now!!! I deposited it myself and withdrew it!! Complete scam company!!! I’ve even emailed and no response!!! Very poor. Actually won some money on this but they make it as difficult as possible to withdraw, has been over a week now and they've still not paid out, constantly asking for different ID verifications and even using a third party to verify I am who I claim. Not impressed with the amount of private information you need to keep handing them, most sites are happy with photo id or photo of recent bill. Just as hard to actually contact anyone there. They then claim that you may not have even had an account with them when you leave a negative review!
