I posted on social media about how I liked a product by Bont (their new light up wheels) however I received a bad batch that didn’t fully light up. They reached out to me (rather than the other way around) and asked me to contact them for a replacement, so I did. They responded two days later and said: “Thank you for contacting Bont. Please send me your shipping address and phone number so that we can get them out to you.

I responded that same day with all info needed and never heard back from them. I have since tried to re-contact them 6 times to no avail despite their active social media presence (the original exchange was in March). While the item itself (the wheels) seemed alright aside from the point of them (lighting up) did not work, I give them 2 stars for the product without its light up capability. Customer service is confusing and I find it sketchy / potentially scammy that they took my address, name, and phone number and then were never to be heard of again!
