Great design, material failure, no refund
I have a pair of boots, which were ripped from the seam the sixth time wore them. They are useless in the rain. Also, they have very bad customer service. They gave me excuses and no refund was given because I put an extra rubber layer at the heel. They claimed that this cause the damage. But this is an excuse.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes
Ordered 2 pair of shoes, but I didn't like them so I returned them. Returns are on your own expense. The refund took a very long time and when they did it, they deducted the initial delivery costs from the refund, altough they claim free delivery over 100 euro. It costed me over 20 euro to try on shoes I didn't like.
