Super quick delivery on my first ever order, the kitchen items I ordered are beautiful! Great packaging too on fragile items I was really happy.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the yellow colour on each of my 4 matching set varied?? Not enough for me to request a change or refund because I love the items so much & I will definitely use this company again. Thank you. My actual rating would be 4.5

Hi Just to give a big thank you to Bonnypack customer sevice , we have been shopping at Bonnypack for over 38 years on the 4th of January 2024 and we recieved a parking ticket for £100 for being 15 minutes over , so I called customer service and I told the operator that i did not know there was a parking charge after 90 minutes so he kindly asked me for my PCN number and cancelled the fine straight away many thanks Bonnypack for being loyal to your customers

Staff got InTouch about the parking ticket.
They have sorted.
Not interested in customer service
Ordered some items online. Got a notification that it had been delivered but they hadn’t. DPD confirmed that they left the items on the doorstep of the wrong address. Bonnypack have all this information, I’m £80 out of pocket with no goods to show for it and they’re doing nothing until DPD resolve their claim which may take 30 days. It’s not your customers fault that your chosen delivery service have lost the goods. Your first responsibility should be to sort out your customer, then deal with DPD to resolve their failings. It’s not fair to make your customer suffer for the failings of your chosen delivery company.
Poor online service
Order placed 31st Oct online. Order "delivered" to "by the bin" by useless delivery company on 3rd Nov. Reported to bonnypack on 4th Nov as no package could be found by the bin. No response at all to that email until I sent a further email 13th Nov & phoned them. Was assured on the phone by a seemingly helpful man that they would have it resolved ASAP and that given that the delivery note from DHL that I had provided did confirm they left it in an unsafe place by the bin he expected they could have replacements out to me that could be received hopefully by as soon as the Wednesday 22nd Nov. Since then, no update on any resolution and my further emails asking for any update has been met by nothing other than the email customer service team declining to give me any firm timeframe for a resolution whatsoever and telling me to be patient.
*Edit in response to reply* it's entirely your own fault that you ignored my original email reporting the issue and I had to chase by phone to get any response. Also entirely your own fault that the person ont he phone set expectations for a prompt resolution by indicating you could have replacements to me hopefully as soon as a specific date. Then leading to frustration when your online email team had a completely different attitude of asking me to wait indefinitely. The delivery issue itself is not your fault but the way you handled it was garbage. Do better.
