I have a great experience with BoneX, first time i want to transfer money in to margin account but i don't know how the support write ME immediately and show me how to do it in a seconds. Everything works fine and the people in BoneX work for better experience every day !

I do KYC and it is valid at first and I can deposit. Then I want to withdraw and they put my crypto on Hold and say I need to do L2 KYC again and then L3 and L4 to be able to withdraw my money. They do not verify my L2 KYC for 2 days and then reject it. Then I submit again and they reject it for no reason. Crypto is stuck and they do not allow withdraw. It is complete fraud?! I change review if they allow me withdraw but 1 week passed and nothing.

They stole my Bitcoin! I used their service to sell my Bitcoin and get Euro but apparently I did not receive anything. They took 0.03550000 BTC from me on February 2nd with transaction: 0481a2ad886f7589c0774913e8190a422bf76cf25fd8e3b386c34017e6f8b667
I lost 1420 EUR in BTC and I am furious because this was all my Bitcoin I had....
Customer Service is not responding and ignoring me all the time....
I see the CEO shows off private jet and expensive exotic cars on the Instagram page of the exchange, maybe this is what he buys with the crypto and money he takes from normal people like us??
I contacted local authorities and hope they will close soon.

Complete scammers! I bought 1000 Tether and I cannot see them anywhere in their platform. I've contacted their support, but no one answered.
After a thorough research I was not able to find a company that represents this website. Then I've also noticed they are not regulated.
I've tried to contact them again, but there was no answer whatsoever and then within a few minutes my account was blocked.
Do not use this platform under NO circumstances, unless you want to get scammed and robbed by these THIEVES!!!!
