Item never arrived and no response from customer service or refund

Love their packaging! I've always valued a great full experience of any product or service and I think this company manages to do it right. The box is a definite keeper! Honestly bought their products for the aesthetic vibes. The designs are immaculate. And the products feel nice to the touch and have a good weight. The compact palettes are especially nice for travelling!

I am very new to wearing lashes and I am so happy that I found out about Bone Idol Beauty, the lashes are so pretty and elegant! This will be the only store I will be purchasing my lashes from, that's for sure, I'm in love! 💖

I didn't get any of the products I ordered, I ordered the mirror and the space eye shadow and I had ordered them on December, and I'd tracked the package and it said it wasn't even dispatched yet. I tried getting in contact but nothing worked. I was looking quite forward to the makeup too because it looked so cute :(

I totally Love Mt Eyeshadow pallet from bone idol Drag queen Luna Rose made couple videos from bone idol so had to get one myself but the mirro in the eye shadow pallet was shattered maybe in transit it was rattled other then the broken mirror I love it.

such good quality, got the hotter than hell palette and red, black crème lipsticks. absolutely love, stayed on all day. the eyeshadow could have been more pigmented ever so slightly but for the price and how it looks so worth it. in love!

I really like the mascara, I had bought it before but didn’t buy it again and I remember why, it’s really good but it’s so hard to remove and leaves me panda eyes for days even with several make up remover sessions and showers. Might not buy it again unless the formula changes. The eyeliner is fine but fades really quickly

Absolutely is my new favourite anime makeup brand of them! I’m very happy based in UK! I would be love to another buy next time! Also eyeliner ink is brilliant!!
