I sent an item back as per the refund policy on their website and haven't heard anything since!! It has been a month and I have tried to contact them via email, through live chat and even on facebook- and no response at all!! PLEASE HONOUR YOUR OWN REFUND POLICY!! If i continue to be ignored then I will be contacting trading standards.
Have received neither the phone cover nor the refund. No response from the seller.

It was ordered over two weeks ago and despite two email enquiries for its ETA I have had no response except emails asking for me to review my purchase.

I used the website chat to get info on an order that I placed. I received a consignment number but no shipping info. When I asked about the order on the website customer service chat I eas told they would look into it and respond the next morning. Here we are 3 days later and no response or no further info has been shared.
The quickest delivery I have seen. The phone bag held top quality. I am very satisfied
I am giving one star as a warning there is no returns available unless the product is faulty so make sure you select correct option etc. Website advertised easy return yet not possible. I did ask to return unwanted gift and was not responded to in a nice manner and then ignored. Product is ok but very overpriced - i had invoice attached for the value of £9 yet paid over £50 hence was very upset couldn’t return it.
It also travels from Turkey so delivery takes some time.
