Exceptional service!!

I had been using the product for 3 weeks, used the final injection on a Saturday. Contacted Bolt by email late on Saturday when I realised that I hadn't received my next delivery. Within a 10 minutes I had received a reply & told me what I needed to do to receive my delivery on time. Received delivery on Wednesday. Perfect!!

AVOID!!!!!

AVOID!!!!!
My wife bought the new weight loss pill and was told she'd get £80 for a referral. So she sent me a link. I filled in all the firms, paid my money and told my pills will arrive in 3 days. ... they did not. Then when I contacted them they claimed that no pharmacies had the pill yet and I was on a waiting list. LIES! My wife recieved hers. So I contacted 3 other pharmacies and they all said that if I fill in the forms I could collect next day. Bolt are liars!
I reckon they just don't want to honour my wife's £80 referral bonus.
They are a circus, unprofessional and untrustworthy.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!

Amazingly it took 3 days and numerous…

Amazingly it took 3 days and numerous calls to Bolt before I recirved a very positive call.
Who guided me though by video to check pen again and much to my shock.it had unblocked it snd was able to use.
But the whole process leaves a lot to be desired. Was promised a phone all by 2pm.on Wednesday today Friday I recieved that call but only after me constantly chasing and phoning Bolt.
So although problem was resolved today the experience and your procedures definitely need to looked at.
As customers should be treated quicker.
