ZERO returns

I bought a dumb bell storage rack thinking this must be a universal storage piece. So even though no specs or pictures of dumb bells actually on the storage rack- I still bought it. Turns out it only holds dumbbells with handles as long as 5" on the inside (mine are 7.38 Inches overall). Mine are I guess not long enough. They are basic dumb bells though. Anyway, no returns if you buy a product on sale. I can't help but feel like the lack of pictures and specs of the product is on purpose since the return policy is so strict. They don't care if you can actually use the product, just as long as you buy it.
