Unable to use a scooter & no tangible support even after 4 days

Unable to use a scooter. Very poor customer support. I was never able to start a scooter ride as the app kept telling me I have to be 18yrs old or older, which I am. Support Team kept saying they're looking into it, but nothing was resolved, even after 4 days. Poor support experience: no progress updates, no estimate to resolution, no recommended actions.

An Update:
On the 4th day, the issue was resolved.

THIEVES...I AM BAFFLED HOW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS.THE DRIVER ON MY LAST RIDE I PUT THE FARE DOUBLE WHILE I CLICKED ON THE 19,52£.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEHAVING VERY DISGUSTINGLY AND I REQUEST A RSFUND OF 20£ IMMEDIATELY.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BOLT TO ANYONE.I WANT MY 20£ IMMDETIATELY.I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET MY 20£.DO NOT USE THEM DRIVERS ARE THIEVES THE COMPANY ITSELF STEAL FROM CLIENT

The past 6 months I’ve had 20% of my…

The past 6 months I’ve had 20% of my rides Cancelled by the driver after they accepted the ride and was on their way to pick me up. That’s WAY too many! Stuff can of course come up, but not in 20% of all occasions, it’s not believable.

Also please fix the app so that we can save Favourite trips with FROM and TO which DOESN’T assume the pickup point is where I am when I use the app to schedule the ride. I go by train the same route often and want to prebook a ride from the station where I get off the train, not in the middle of nowhere where the train happens to be when I use the app. ”Why don’t you prebook days in advance?” That’s the naturen of train riding, lot’s of times it’s not arriving on schedule so I wait to prebook until I’m certain I can make it to the destination in time.

While visiting versailles we stayed in…

While visiting versailles we stayed in Guyancourt, used Bolt for all our trips from the Airport to Guyancourt then local area we stayed in ,we found Bolt to be very efficient all the drivers were very pleasant, the prices reasonable and they were there within minutes to pick us up . Couldn't fault the Service .

Certain of their drivers are not trained

Certain of their drivers are not properly trained. They drive recklessly, they are unaware of customer care, they do not clean their cars. This adds up to an unsatisfactory customer experience compared with this company’s competitors.
