Package was good, well packed en nice glass. I only missed an immediate information of the date of delivery. I had no idea when the package was due until I received the trackingcode, two days later. Otherwise everything was fine.

Great course to improve your bartending skills. I would recommend every bartender to take this course at the Bols Bartending Academy because they know how to share their knowledge and skills in the most enthustiastic way.

Super nice people working and behind the bar the girl was amazing! Also we shop is really nice and easy to place an order.

the course I followed was a great experience.
The teachers are so passionate and energetic.
The lessons were good organized there was good time to prepare for the exam.

Short time,full contents ,good to start for bartending.

My order of tulip jenever glasses was filled very promptly and arrived faster than I expected. Oddly, the tracking link I received did not contain a shipment identification code; that made it less than helpful, but it did not matter since the shipment arrived so quickly. Another issue that I asked about, but have not received a reply to so far, is that Bols charged VAT on an order sent to outside the EU; such sales should be exempt from VAT.

Very happy with the quality of the product, quick and easy ordering process and fast delivery. Delivery costs for a single product of course are a bit high, but will make a larger order in the future.

Really helpful schooling, i recommended with all my heart, amazing teacher with a lot of experience en knowledge. I'm sure i want to come back there for different trainings.

We arrived on time and were informed that we were late. We were then rushed to the bar to make cocktails straight away without doing the tour first. The instructor rushed the whole class and explained how to make the cocktails to fast. It was obvious she wanted to finish her shift as soon as possible. Really not a great vibe! We felt completely rushed.

This was my second time doing the cocktail workshop the first time was great we done the tour first which really got us in the mood to make cocktails and we had a great instructor who took the time to explain each ingredient. She also had the time to have a laugh while teaching us.

My first experience at bols was great therefore I booked the experience again for my family visiting. I was very disappointed with the second experience.

One of the best bartending school for sure and amazing trainers, Malika, Ivar, Marc and do every courses cause it definetly worth it. Best wishes from Sumit (Sam) Italy.

It was a lot of fun and very interesting to participate. The information is very interesting and valuable. Would be amazing if the presentation or presentation print out is provided after the course to be able to come back to it at any moment of time. But in general, it was a lot of fun and a lot of information into bartending. Simple, on point and no useless information.

The museum was small but well organized and very instructive. It was a valuable immersion into the House of Bols' universe. Plus the free cocktail at the end is highly appreciable.

During the workshop, I would have appreciated to receive more tips and tricks on how to make a good cocktail instead of just being told what ingredients to put in the shaker. Nevertheless, the cocktail master was very interesting and knowledgeable, the cocktails were good and original, so I was very happy with this workshop.
