Boots arrived within 2 weeks, so issues there but they were NOT cowhide leather as stated in the description, just very smelly synthetic. Also no sign of any memory/nano foam as insole. very misleading product description ...BEWARE!

Don't buy from this company ..I purchased boots .they were much to big and wide ...Baloone are a nightmare to return items and get refund .they offered me 15% refund . I'm still trying to return them ...AVOID this company......5 days of texting still have,nt been able to get refund ....

Shoes were so tight my toes went into spasm.i don't have wide feet. I couldn't return, unless I paid the postage which was £20.45. They asked didn't I have a friend to give them to! Eventually they gave me 45% of my money back. Never again

Size is extremely large. Material is cheap and very stretched. Don't waste your time ordering. Don't pay express as it takes 3 weeks minimum. when you email they tell you to stay patient but never give any answers.

I ordered a pair of shoes, they arrived packed too tightly, and the shoes were cracked, and they were too big. Boloone won't let me return them and have offered me 30% of the cost of the shoes!!

They are scammers who don't refund and send defective product. It says free returns yet they keep haggling with you about the refund and saying we need spend money to send it back to their warehouse. Them they block you so they don't need to issue a refund!

Steer clear of this scam company ! Ordered a garden hoe , took 2 weeks to arrive , was charged 5.00 delivery , on arrival , the hoe had no handle ! Advertised with handle, to draw you in . I would give no star if i could . Do not buy from them !!!!! Any good reviews they must write themselves. Will take this matter further to Trading Standards , im sure the safety aspect is unacceptable . A blade with no handle !

I ordered a strapless push up bra. It is awful. It just does not fit properly in a variety of places.

Company has no returns or exchange policy I am left with a 15% refund and goods that are no use to me and the suggestion that I should sell them on the second hand market

I ordered a size 6 in a shoe thinking this would be a euro size 40. I received a euro size 38. When I complained I was told I should have checked size chart correctly. I thought I had but after two emails I have received no advice on how to return, exchange or refund. Looking at the size chart which is very small it would appear I had ordered a us 6 which is equivelent to a euro 36. So not sure how they managed to send me a euro 38. Looks like we both made mistakes. Really poor customer service.

Wrong product sent and extremely poor qualityasked for a refund and was told we cannot return as there warehouse is shut and it would cost them to much offered 25% refund for goods not worth 10% of what i paid. No customer service and a complete waste of space. do not trust

This underwear; love them. But the shoe is terrible, the size is too small, can't fit it.
