I had an issue with my bottom sheet tearing after 2 1/2 years. I mentioned it in a Facebook post of boll and branches. Customer service contacted me right away and shipped out a new bottom sheet to me. I love my sheets and I’m so happy that boll and branch stands behind their products.

Always great customer service, answering any questions or concerns. Products are amazing as well, lifelong client here.

This company is AMAZING! Not only are their products top notch but their customer service is far above anything I have ever experienced. All questions are answered and I never have to go through AI software that keeps sending back the same useless message. I highly recommend them.

My favorite boll & branch sheets ripped in two places. I posted a pic of the ripped sheets under a facebook advertisement and the company messaged me the next day wanting to send me a replacement set of sheets free of charge. The customer service is exceptional and sheets are THE BEST!!

Our daughter had a wedding at Forest Lake camp this past summer. I was very impressed with the towels that were provided during our stay. I was pleased to discover that the company was started by Scott Tannen and his wife Missy who was an alumni and staff member at the camp. They are literally the finest towels I’ve ever used and was compelled to purchase some for my wife and I. We had some trouble with UPS delivering and customer service was above and beyond as well. The only thing I would like is if they had some brighter colors like the red ones we purchased.!

After speaking with customer service, the company exchanged my sheets for a different set, which were much more comfortable. The representative, Kaitlyn, made the process easy. The new sheets are very comfortable and I appreciate the excellent customer service. I will buy another set.

I had an issue with a comforter after accidentally transferring lotion onto it. Boll & Branch handled the situation with professionalism and genuine care; rather than making me feel at fault, they provided clear care instructions and replaced my comforter completely free of charge. The replacement is beautiful, and the team’s communication was prompt, courteous, and helpful. They provided exceptional customer service and demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely shop with them again.

I ordered a Dream Bed blanket and when I washed it the colors became blotchy. I contacted Boll and Branch customer service. Maeve T, Customer Experience Concierge went above and beyond her “call of service” to resolve my problem. She contacted the Quality Assurance Team, who came to the conclusion that it was the essential oil soap that I used to wash the blanket with.
Boll and Branch however went the extra mile and replaced the blanket for me.
Note to self: I will not use essential oil soap to launder my blankets anymore.
I greatly appreciate all that they did to resolve my issue and appreciate the integrity of this company.

We bought our B&B sheets about 2 years ago. I recently found a small tear in the fitted sheet. I contacted B&B about the issue. The company responded promptly and was very kind. Definitely some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. I also appreciate how they stand behind their product!

I had an issue with an insert. It was lumpy and I figured if it was used, it would resolve itself. Never happened. Contacted B&B and they respond, quick. They asked a few questions and asked for pictures, which I answered and sent. Kelly gave advice on washing their products and before I knew it, I new insert was on the way. I can see that only is a great product important to B&B, but so is customer service.

We are on our second set of sheets from Boll & Branch and absolutely love them. We live in Montana and sleep on flannel sheets year round. B & B sheets are soft to touch and generous in size and a pleasure to sleep on. My experience with customer service had to do with damage to the sheets from our family dog. Maeve in customer service was prompt and completely resoloved out problem quickly and totally. A pleasure to work with. Thank you
