I recently had an issue with a product and it was addressed right away and I could not be more appreciative. I love their products!

I wanted to update this review after talking to the Boll & Branch customer service team, who might honestly be the best customer service I've ever come across. They helped me select a different blanket since the Waffle Blanket did not work for my lifestyle. They encouraged me to look at the Dream Bed Blanket which pulls less than the Waffle and so far I've been having a really great experience with it. It seems to be a lot sturdier. This brand is legit!

I'll preface this by saying that I actually think that Boll & Branch is a great brand and super reputable. But for years I saved up in hopes of enjoying the luxury of these sheets and I feel like there were pros and cons.

Specifically, I purchased the Waffle Bed Blanket for summer and the Signature Starter Bundle.

Pros:
- The sheets are super soft and do remind me of hotel sheets.
- The waffle blanket is honestly the perfect Spring/Summer weight and it's so pretty. I really like the look of it.
Cons:
- I have the King sheets and I truly cannot figure out how to get them to not wrinkle. Like so wrinkly. I've tried even washing/drying the fitted sheet and flat sheets separately and they are just wrinkly...forever.
- The waffle blanket pulls SO easily. If you have kids or wear jewelry to bed or anything that can get hooked on, it pulls. There are little pieces of thread poking out everywhere. We've only had it a couple of months and it's just disappointing how expensive it is and is already looking worn.

Just one person's opinion!! But I would say wrinkles and thread pulling beware.

I placed an order with Boll & Branch it was delivered in less than a week! Upon opening the package I notice one of my items had a slight flaw. I took a picture of and contacted customer service. Elizabeth immediately responded and they sent out a replacement blanket. I have ordered from B&B before and will continue to do so in the future! Their product is so soft and comfortable. The quality is excellent and their customer service is outstanding! I highly recommend you treat yourself!

I received a down comforter that had an odor. The return process was very easy. I was contacted by email from company when the return was received.
Kaitlyn was gracious and helpful. They refunded my money and are sending me an alternative comforter to try. They are sending it free of charge. I call that GREAT customer service.

I will not buy another sheet from another company not just because they are awesome sheets, but because they stand behind their products. In addition, they listen to their customers. I had an issue, they empowered their representatives to take care of the issue and went above and beyond to make it right. I am blown away by this company. Their products are worth every penny.

Loved the color of these sheets and price wasn’t bad at all. But after washing them - they felt thin. Also the pillowcases were not fitting our king size pillows. Does it seem silly to look at your bed made and think it’s silly to be concerned with pillows sticking out of the case?? Yes, probably. But I’m weird like that.
Great customer service though even after submitting a return request. Quickly resolved the issue and even shipped them back.
Will I try them again? Yes.

I failed to include a PROMO CODE to get a $30.00 discount on my sheet set order. I received a survey about my purchase, and I indicated that I missed the PROMO CODE. Boll and Branch actually reached put to me because of my comment and applied the $30.00 discount to my order. Thst's what I call "Above and Beyond" customer service. And, by the way, we LOVE our sheets. THANKS!!!

Boll and Branch has a customer for life! A few years ago, our family had a Boll and Branch Christmas. Everyone in our family, received a set of Boll and Branch sheets from full to king size - 5 sets. We were all in love with the sheets and these sheets lived up to their reputation, the last sheets you will ever buy. They were worth the price. The more you wash them, the softer they become. Unfortunately, one of our sets did not hold up as well as the rest. The entire casing on the flat sheet ripped off after a couple years. I figured we got our monies worth out of them and did not give it another thought. A few weeks ago, a Facebook post asked about opinions of people who had purchased B&B sheets. I wrote that we were more than satisfied with the sheets. They lived up to the reputation but unfortunately, after many washings, the casing had ripped off on one of our sets. Evidently, B&B is very interested in each and every customer, even years later. My post started a dialogue with a customer service representative. After our exchange, they found our receipt in their computer system and replaced the set that ripped. We had these sheets for several years and they still stood behind their product. I did not post what I said as a negative post for the product. I posted it so that people knew that they were well worth the price because I felt we got our monies worth out of them. Boll and Branch evidently thought their product disappointed us and sent us replacement set within 3 days of our conversation. I was in total shock! This gesture speaks volumes of true pride in their product. For years I have told everyone who has asked about my thoughts on Boll and Branch sheets that they are not cheap but they are the best sheets I have ever slept on. Now, I will continue to vocal my praise but with an added statement that they truly believe in their product and stand behind it years after your purchase. Once you purchase your sheets and they leave their warehouse, Boll and Branch is still interested in your satisfaction of their product. A true customer oriented company. Our family is a customer for life!

This company is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Their products are amazing - highest quality organic percale sheets and duvet covers! Get softer with every wash! And their customer service is unprecedented and wonderful in EVERY respect! Responsive, generous and helpful. Could NOT ask for a better shopping experience. Will never buy a home product or bed linen from another company! BOLL AND BRANCH has won me over all the way!

For the price of these sheets, they were a big disappointment. I iron my sheets and trying to iron the top sheet for a king size bed is like trying to solve a Rubik’s Cube. They are SO far off on being square, it’s ridiculous. When folding it, it’s off by a good 5-6”. I feel they cut corners and don’t square up their sheets AT ALL. Won’t ever buy these again and I don’t encourage any of my customers to buy them, either.

I had an issue with discoloration on my pillow cases after one washing, and after reaching out to customer service, the company is sending a new set. Kelly S the service agent was empathetic to the issue and resolved the problem in a timely manner.

I spent several weeks researching sheet brands. The reality is that you spend close to 1/3 of your life sleeping, therefore your bed and bedding is an investment in your health. Push came to shove, and I pulled the trigger on a set of Reserve sheets in stone. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the sheets, but the thing that stuck out to me was that Boll & Branch's customer service & social media teams did the right thing and the company stood behind their product. They could have easily told me that there was nothing they could do, but instead they helped me and thus, made me a life long customer. I have nothing but praises to sing about this company and these folks.

I recently purchased new Boll and Branch bedding (which I LOVE) and a week or so after my purchase a new promotion started in which I would have qualified for a set of towels. A simple email requesting that I be included in this promotion was answered quickly by Kelly who confirmed my recent order and retroacted my inclusion sending me new towels right away! I cannot WAIT to try them out and know I will love them!! Bravo for such expeditious and generous customer service. A little kindness goes a long way!

I love my sheets, they feel so much thicker and have a tighter weave than cheap sheets. The color is very rich. Shipping was so fast, I was amazed, having ordered other items on line, that took way longer than they should have.... The company is well organized and when I had an issue, their response was quick and satisfactory..... I will buy more items from this company in the future....

I had an issue with my newly purchased pillowcases fading in the wash. The company responded promptly and will replace the pillowcases. They also suggested using liquid detergent rather than laundry pods. I love the sheet set-the quality is fantastic! This little glitch in no way reflects on the construction or the nice materials used to make the sheet set. I plan to continue purchasing Boll & Branch sheets and bedding!

My duvet cover is luxurious and beautiful. The wrinkles fall right out when I make my bed and each wash makes it softer. Their quality and customer service is amazing. Will be a customer again and again.

I noticed that I was being charged for a returned item and I emailed customer service. Elizabeth took care of the problem right away! All my stress melted away. I was thinking of no they can't find the return and I'll be charged and let me tell you that it's been a bad year with 3 broken bones and a surgery! Thanks!

I love Boll and Branch anything!!!! I have even gotten my family and friends hooked! The customer service is amazing as well! I had to do a return and Kelly S. made it so easy for me! More companies should take care of their customers like B & B does! You have a life long customer! Thanks for making such great products!
