No interest if anything goes wrong

Ordered a rather expensive Washing Machine which was delivered in a state where it would not even turn on.
Installer and retailer did not care one bit and told us to contact Electrolux. Week later engineer comes and fixes machine so it will now turn on (it had suffered transport damage..) but still faulty as it makes the most horrendous noise while running.

ignored by Retailer and have to chase Electrolux myself.

Terrible service, would not recommend.
