2 weeks after payment and still no confirmation email
Bought something on Nov 25 and payment was taken immediately. Dec 9 and I haven't even gotten a confirmation email. Besides phone line doesn't work and the chat... well, it is just another way to send an email that doesn't get replied to. Only managed to get hold of them via Instagram over which I was told they got too many orders on Black Friday....
Update 18 Dec: still absolutely no information, response or confirmation email. Issued a claim through my bank to try to get my money back.
