Very nice experience with the website, the customer support also very good with quick response time and solve every problem which i faced. Overall, its a good experience for me.

Boligsurf.dk served me very well during my research for an apartment in Copenhagen. It sources from a lot of construction companies, landlords and other websites, which make it a valuable source of insertions.
We had an issue during the subscription but was rapidly and proactively solved by the customer success team. This is very admirable and will definitely recommend the service to others.

I had some issues with my subscription, but the customer service was incredibly helpful and fast in taking care of it :) highly appreciated!

Absolute terrible site. All the housing ads were links to !!!OTHER RENTING SITES!!! where you THEN have to pay for a subscription. THIS SITE IS A SCAM!

They cheat customers by not being clear with their subscription charges. As you can see thousands of comments below, they are not clear about the subscription price and they keep taking 299DKK of every month. Luckily I happened to check the bank accounts and had to cancel immediately. Never do business with them

They have been charging me 299 dkk with out me knowing about it. Terrible experience.

To be honest i could not remove that one star or that is where i would start this review with. The most useless website. They never give any intimations and new users unware, will be automatically put in monthly payments.
ALso all the adds you click will be redirected to DBA or similar available free webaite. you can register to get those adds for free for that why do you need to pay so much money here.

Also they keep sending the same add again and again as notification and you hardly get a decent number of houses. STAY AWAY ESP EXPATS!!!!!

Send money wisely and use it for other purposes or a some company which can actually give better service.

Like others here who have had an extremely negative experience:

I signed up for Boligsurf a year ago hoping to find an apartment to rent and never had any success with it. Eventually I found an apartment another way and completely stopped logging in to my Boligsurf account or using it in any way, and simply forgot about it.

I have only just now realised that Boligsurf has been silently charging me 299 DKK per month since last year without ANY notification whatsoever of the charges, nor any reminder that my trial period was up.

I find this extremely unfair, because if I had been aware of the charges that were being made each month, I would have cancelled the “subscription” long ago as it had never helped me in finding an apartment.

Do not sign up for a subscription here as they will never notify you directly when you are being charged. I never got an email invoice from them saying that I was charged at all. Basically they use bad business practices - intentionally keeping their customers unaware of the charges being continually made - that should not be allowed to continue.

The website is simply useless, very hard to navigate and find what you need. Plus I had to reset my password every single time! And I ended up paying 299 per month, for 3 months, in which I got no notification of relevant adds, nor for subscription renewal. A rip-off for sure.

I used their website to find student housing when going for an exchange semester in Copenhagen 👍🏻 Worked like a charm

Pretty good website if you’re looking for rental housing, I purchased access and got in contact with a couple of landlords within a couple of days 👍

Absolutely terrible!
Avoid this service (if you can call it that) at all costs. First they charge you a small sum, and then in the fine print they write that they'll charge you 299 dkk monthly after two weeks. What makes this service despicable, is that Boligsurf won't remind you of this fee/that your free days are up, so when you see -299 DKK in your bank account, naturally you get a shock.

I emailed them the same day as I saw this fee, and said the truth; that I had only used their service once (the very first day) and that I would like the remaining money back (27 days). And they answered "we can't do that", but really they are saying, ”we don't want to do that". And I get I get it, Boligsurf "can't" because that's how they earn their money, by relying on innocent consumers forgetting to cancel their subscriptions. And of course they don't even bother reminding their consumers, because that would be the decent and responsible thing to do.

Moreover, Boligsurf sends you these ads to your email that fit your criteria, but that disappear the moment you click on the link. They look great when previewing them in the emails, but when clicking on them - whoops - it doesn't exist.

Use DBA and Facebook instead - a lot more reliable.

This service is absolutely outrageous. I was using it through Facebook credentials which means I obviously do not get any confirmation emails etc. After I had stopped using the platform I thought I had unsubscribed but after a while I notice them charging me and once I try to find the way to annul this, there is no link to do it. I feel very much scammed.

The platform is built in such a way to let you think that you successfully unsubscribed from Boligsurf during the trial period, and it doesn't let you know when the subsciption is renewed and the payment takes place. If you don't check your bank, you will end up paying for months. So, make sure that you receive a confirmation email when you unsubscribe! Once they got your money, there is no way you will get them back.

Also, many announces redirect you to other websites, making Boligsurf little more than an expensive alternative to Google.

Learn from my mistakes, don't use such websites. DBA and Facebook have all the announces you need

Don't use it. I can't reccomend BoligSurf. I payed 299,- without any succes, instead I found a room through another site. I cancelled my subscription twice, without receiving any confirmation of the cancelling. I thought it was just supposed to take some days for my unsubscription to go through. But instead after a couple days they charged me 299,-. When contacting them right after the charge, they denied my cancelling and told me there is nothing to do. Even though I contacted them right after they took the money, they could not help me. They should already have experience with this problem, and they should also be able to see that i have not been active on their site since forever.
