The seller in the store is very nice…
The seller in the store is very nice and patient. She helped us find a suitable table finally. I also like the notifications and mailings. The table itself is good, but maybe it could be better if there are fewer tree knots on it.

I ordered for click and collect in…
I ordered for click and collect in Berlin Mitte, arrived and was told they never had the item. I told them to notify me once the item was there. Then some from the Charlottenburg brance left me a starange message. I called back only to have the woman tell me, that they won't send it to the Mitte store, caus it costs them money. I then called the German costjmer support who then told me, that despite me having paid for the item to be send to the store in Mitte, the won't do it and she can't and won't do anything for me. Apparently I will get my money back but I was not send a follow up Email. Worst costumer experience I had in a while.

Received wrong product
Received wrong product. Had to call 3 times to agree a date on which the product will be picked up. As I only get the 8.999 nok back after Bolia picks up the product.
The wrong product would be picked up today between 17.00-21.00 but nobody came to pick it up. Hope this will be solved soon.

Exposed Staple - Cut Arm
Hello,
We received our sofa on Aug 16 (order number 900977156). We were quite happy with it until last Thursday.
Our 1 year old son managed to push one of his toys under the sofa. When I reached under the sofa to get the toy for him, my arm was cut by a broken or exposed nail or staple.
We are very lucky that it was me who got cut and not the baby.
I would have expected that this should have been caught in an inspection before leaving the workshop.
I will send photos of my arm and the exposed staple to the customer service email.
