Very nice customer experience at the shop (Bolia Trondheim, Solsiden). Clearly top quality products. It is expensive but these items are designed to last for decades so it is totally worth it.

Inspiring store with great design and excellent service

We bought a sofa, coffee table, pillows, and a dining table at Bolia Lillestrøm and we’re very happy with the whole experience. The store has a great sense of design and style, with an inspiring atmosphere. It’s a pleasure to walk around the showroom for inspiration – from colors, style, and fashion to design, palettes, shapes, and forms that even give ideas for art and painting. The staff were friendly, service-minded, and professional. Highly recommended!

Bolia: Stylish Design and Reliable Service

I really like Bolia’s design - it’s stylish, modern, and fits perfectly with my taste. I have furnished my entire home with Bolia pieces because of the quality and aesthetic.

While there have been some issues like faulty errors on the outlet products, and overselling, the customer service has always been very satisfying. They consistently work to find fair solutions that leave me happy and confident as a customer.

I’ve read some negative comments about the costomer care here on this platform, but to be honest, I don’t agree with many of them based on my own experience.

Poor value for a lot of money

Poor value for a lot of money. Bought Bolia Cosima sofa. It arrived with damaged metal frame and with low-quality seat filling. Looks like used of very very low quality product. I do not recommend Bolia products because it is not worth this money. They also don't care about the customer's time.

I ordered something03,07,2025 from your store…

I ordered something from your store click and collect paid then got confirmation that it was being prepared, then hours later got a message that they don’t have it anymore got refund , this is not the first time this has happened it good as I could have got from another store as someone was going to collect for me , but now it’s to late as sold out !

This is not acceptable as if you say you have it and then you find out you don’t this is Bolia fault not mine no offer of another similar product at the same price just a message refund, which means no responsibility on Bolia part not good , would expect more from a shop that should do definitely better

Bolia has the best costumer service in the world. I have some of their furniture and every time i contacted them due to an issue that has been raised they were so helpful. Their furniture are timeless high quality and their costumer service is topnotch.

Despite product sold out…

Despite the product I needed being sold out online, my local Bolia (Storo) was able to locate the same product as a display/exhibition product in another store location (Tønsberg). The customer service was great, with quick responses by e-mail late in the evening.

3 mistakes in 3 orders

I had three orders, had problems with all three.
one poor delivery. one wrong address and one wrong time.
imagine I waited for 1 months and got zero from my orders. after 2 months Im still sitting on the ground in my apartment.
Worst experience I have had in my life in shopping.
customer service is extremely irresponsible.

Bolia: Broken Promises and Endless Frustration

Bolia has turned what should have been a simple furniture purchase into a months-long nightmare. After the exhausting ordeal of receiving a faulty sofa—one they failed to replace even after nearly four months—they once again proved incapable of keeping their word. Despite endless phone calls, emails, and in-store visits, we were assured that our correctly made sofa would arrive on March 25. Well, it didn't, once again. Let's hope we finally get what we payed for - maybe we need to wait 5 months, 6 months, is this Bolia's policy?

Every step of this process has been riddled with delays, empty promises, and frustration beyond belief. Bolia has made it clear they do not care about their customers or their own reliability.

Save yourself the stress and choose literally any other company over Bolia. They’ve certainly earned their reputation—for all the wrong reasons.

Aluna Pendant Lamp (60 diameter)

We are usually very happy with the products from Bolia. This is the first time we bought a lamp.
It’s a really pretty lamp that fits very well into our home visually. Unfortunately, its quality is very disappointing, especially considering the price. Parts break immediately or fall off when you, for example, screw in a nail and then unscrew it again.

Another point (which we should have checked ourselves before purchasing) is that the lamp is not dimmable. This should also be a given at this price, in my opinion.
In summary, I unfortunately do not recommend this purchase.
