The staff at the shop in Haarlem was super friendly and professional. Sanne and Frédérique guided me all the way through and I can say it was a better experience than in Amsterdam for example where they seemed too busy

Kim Vyacheslav was very nice and helpful throughout the ordering process. He carefully explained everything and made sure we understood all the details. We also had a great experience in the store, the welcome and ordering process were very pleasant.

Expensive, but beautiful furniture and accessories. Well made. Staff is kind, knowledgeable and helpful.

UPDATE 2: Company is saying that extra delivery cost was discussed during the offer phase. However, the extra cost is because of the weight, as they claim. The weight of the sofa does not change overnight. Rating goes from 2 to 1, because company is not mature enough to accept their mistake. I paid 6600 Euros for a sofa, 169 Euros of it is already delivery, they asked 135 Euros more.

UPDATE 1: I got my money back within a business day after I called the customer care.

Everything was fine until I made the order and paid for it. Before ordering, I communicated the measurements and limitations of my apartment, like windows are narrow so it won't fit through them, but it will fit through stairs, which I drew and measured. Then I made the payment, one day later they told me that the sofa modules are over 65 kilos and by law, they need extra people to move it, hence asked for extra delivery cost.

When I was ordering, the module weights were the same, and the law was the same. I reached out to customer care, they were shocked and did not completely understand, but they were helpful.

Now, the company canceled the order upon my request. At least, they were able to do that.

I hope that everybody who wants to buy furniture tries Bolia. Bolia is more than just buying an item for house. They provide you an experience that is been thought in every step of it. You can feel artistry, craftsmanship and humanity during the process. I haven't recieved the item yet but I am pretty sure that the quality of the product will be also as good as the experience of pre ordering.

The service in the Berlin store was bad. They promised about how to product can be delivered and in the end its not like that. The Customer service try to be nice but dont deliver answers.

I visited BOLIA in The Hague at the early stage of exploration for a new sofa - and I was lucky to meet Michelle, who guided me through the different models and fabrics for composing my ideal model. I ended up leaving the shop with a purchased sofa & pouf combination, something that I had imagined would take me weeks to achieve. That alone deserves a five-stars recommendation. The variety of models and fabrics is big, but not the to point of becoming confusing; the clean design is very appealing for a long-lasting sofa and makes the price totally worthy. Top shop, really.

Bolia Eindhoven is such fantastic & welcoming store, we absolutely love it!! The team have a real eye for interior-design advice and Carmen in particular has helped us transfer our new house into our perfect home :)

Simply fantastic customer service at Bolia! I want to leave a special thank you to Charbel, who was essential in helping us choose. We shared our apartment layout and a video of our living room because we wanted to be sure the couch would be a good fit. He helped us visualize everything perfectly and his recommendations were spot on. The couch and the dining chairs we ended up buying look absolutely incredible in our home. Superb service, super furniture, awesome shop.

After 4 years, my two very expensive tables have started pealing and breaking. Bolia’s support of course claimed its the customers fault instead of taking accountability. Wood and good furniture is not supposed to do that after 4 years. Furniture are meant to be used. Overpriced and low quality.

The Scandinavian furniture design has no doubt and I really love the design and material.

Super friendly and knowledgeable, not pushy

I wandered into the Bolia store by chance in Amsterdam and met the lovely Nazlu. She was extremely attentive but not over bearing. The perfect, professional sales person. I was attracted to the sofas, but it was her excellent customer service that really closed the deal for me. She showed me all of my options and gave me samples to take home to discuss with my partner. We submitted our order via email one week later and she responded promptly, making the whole process simple and efficient. She treated me with care and kindness and I would recommend working with her to anyone I know. We can't wait to enjoy our new sofa in our new home. Thank you, Nazlu!
