We are delighted with the products but GLS, the transportation was a total disaster
We are delighted with the products offered by Bolia.
We love the design, the quality and the overall customer experience.
However, Bolia uses GLS which is a total DESASTER.
GLS has been really painful, they delivered half of the goods, the rest were sent back to Denmark.
Thankfull a very professional Bolia employee in Denmark was able to identify the problem and a new shipment is now in place.
After 4 weeks of waiting, we haven't received our goods but again, this is not a bad reflection on Bolia.
Bolia should consider using a transportation company at the level of their brand (i.e. DHL, UPS, FedEx) but GLS is not helping them grow their brand.

Very good shop and staff.
It is always nice to go into the shop, the staff is amazing, I had Emanuelle and she is very kind. The other woman is also kind and they are all so helpful.
