no delivery despite promise that lost delivery would be sent again

Don’t buy anything here!
They don’t pay money back, or don’t let you return the product. I ordered a jeans dress which was way to small.
It took two months to send it, and this was after mails from me asking why it took so long?!
Instead of sending me info about returning, they offered me to keep the product and buy a new one for only 25€? And now I don’t receive any mail anymore.
I took contact now with nietbezorgd.nl
They will try to help me out!
My advice is to not buy anything at Bolanzo.nl
It’s a Chinees fake website!

I ordered the corner mate angle clamps set on the 9th of January 2023 and they arrived via GLS on the 23rd of January. I must admit I did not check the trustpilot reviews first otherwise I might not have ordered but they arrived finally and are delivered in perfect condition. I have only scored 4 stars because there was literally no communication from the seller. Not even a purchase confirmation. More improvement needed by the seller on post purchase customer communication.

Worst online shop ever!! I ordered fleece tights as I had planned to travel to a very cold country and saw that a DUTCH!!! online shop was selling it. I waited almost a month for them to arrive and when I started my travel they were still not here. The order was delivered during my holidays and returned (obviously) as I haven´t been in the country. When I reached out to the customer service they told me that either they send me new ones OR I have to pay 15€ in fee, although these tights only served one purpose and it was my holidays that were now over!! That is going against any EU law as they didn´t state this anywhere to the website & during the ordering process!! When I told them the same they only returned the initial amount minus the €15. I will now start a law suit against them, as I really don´t want any other person to get treated that way in future anymore. Pls guys, stay away from them

This is the worst site that I have ever used.
They sent me items that were not for fit for purpose. I complained by mail and eventually they responded saying to wait abd they would come back to me.
This never happened after many calls and emails. This being the case the return was overdue so I gave lost my money.
Do not deal with these people they are bad

First and foremost the quality extremely low ( not as it seems in photos).

delivery time extremely slow.

This site is sooo bad. 1 month for delivery. Half of it still missing. Had to write lots of emails to ask where my order was. Keep away!!!!!!

Don’t trust this site !!!!
No response since placing my order … Luckily Dutch law allows you to cancel ANY internet order within 14 days… So act quickly and don’t wait 14 days as the website suggests!!

Weer zo'n website met honderden/duizenden positieve reviews op de site zelf. Net in juni 2022 geregistreerd! NIET KOPEN DUS!!!
