Ate in the ‘restaurant’. The chicken I ordered still had blood in it. Staff not apologetic. Had a so called salad sandwich instead. It was terrible. Would never go back. If they can’t cook a piece of chicken properly it’s quite concerning.

I happened to be in my friends house when she received a call from bolands of gorey concerning a complaint she had made to them about carpet and lino she had fitted, I have never heard such rudeness and hostility from the staff member of bolands it was so unprofessional I'm still in shock at the way my friend was treated that as a regular customer of bolands myself that I'll be bringing my business elsewhere in the future
Unreliable. Ordered and paid for carpet a week in advance. Scheduled to be fitted today. Waited all day. Finally rang them and was assured that the carpet was down for delivery & fitting. A short while later received a phone call saying that the carpet was not available. Although apologetic and polite this is actually the second time this has happened to me with Bolands. Not good enough.
