Order No. 65160

Order No. 65160 for Sulekha pens and ink. Ordered on 01.07.2024. Paid in full by debit card. Also paid delivery charges extra. I stay in Central Kolkata. Website as on 07.07.2024 states order is in process. This is the status from 01.07.2024 with no change till date. Company has not responded to my emails till date. Very bad experience! Is this a genuine company or a fraud set up? Netizens should maintain extreme caution in dealing with this company. Amazon or Flipkart are better options.
