Boilers R Us provided decent service overall. The installer was professional, polite, and cleaned up afterward. Communication was clear during the installation, and the boiler works efficiently so far. However, the process felt slightly rushed at times, and the service could improve consistency in follow-ups or updates. An average experience, but not without positives.

Pete is the best boiler mechanic ever.

Having decided to renew our old Potterton Boiler a date was set for an engineer to come round and quote us a price, unfortunately our boiler case had developed a leak and they had to disconnect it from the gas supply. They checked we had alternative heating and hot water and an appointment to fit the new boiler was set for fours days time. On the day of the boiler replacement Dean the engineer was on time and with no fuss replaced the boiler giving us clear instructions on using the boiler and hive thermostat, taking away all the waste and the old boiler when he left and leaving the area he was working in clean and tidy. From start to finish during the whole process we were dealt with professionally and was put at ease with questions answered. Big thanks to everyone at the Welling branch.

Had a very friendly gentleman/engineer install the water heater,explaining every detail I need to know about operating instructions and the efficiency of it. Plus the way if needed the condenser pipe was to be connected though it was explained it wasn't needed. The only draw back I found was I wasn't asked if I could have removed the lights around tge Square flue of the old water heater. Other than this I highly recommend thus company. The office staff very friendly and informative about the after care service.

Your engineers have visited my home several times over the last year for various reasons, including supplying and installing a new combi boiler, rearranging and resolving a leak in the old pipework installed many years ago, and boiler inspections.
The work was completed skillfully, professionally, and on time on each occasion. Excellent service from 2024 to the present day, 2025.

Honestly couldn’t fault a single person, from quoting, to taking payments and fitting the boiler, such a clean installation, no mess left, couldn’t recommend them enough.

Such a professional company every one I had contact with was so friendly from Duane who did my quote, the ladies on the telephone booking in appointment to payment, and of course Louai who installed a completely different boiler as I went for a Combi boiler this time he was so polite, tidy and he new exactly what he was doing such a hard worker he didn’t even stop for a break worked right the way through the day a five star review, there isn’t one thing that I could moan about excellent in my view. I recieved a reminder for my annual boiler service and the appointment was easy to book. On the day the Engineer phoned to inform me of ETA. The service was completed in a very professional and in a timely manner. I was left feeling happy and confident of a job well done, plus outstanding value for money. Would highly recommend.

I was able to arrange for a qualified engineer to repair my boiler within a few days. He ensured my boiler was in working order before left. Definitely would recommend and utilise their services again.

Had a radiator replaced in our bedroom and we experienced an unfortunate leak which caused water damage in the ceiling. I'm leaving a positive review as this was an honest mistake and Boilers R Us under took to pay for the repairs and repainting of the ceiling. I organised the painter (after providing a written receipt) and payment was reimbursed by Boilers R Us immediately. There was no discussion over the matter they accepted the oversight and agreed to make good. In my mind this tells you how good a company is and I would use Boilers R US again.

I regularly use them as the service is outstanding and good value. Great people to deal with.

I recently had my 21 year old boiler replaced with a new one by Boilers R Us, after lots of research into who to go with for my upper level flat with internal flue boxing. Other boiler companies had advised on all sorts of added costs and complications but Loui worked so hard to keep all of the existing boxing and cupboards in tact. I came across the company by chance when they were holding a charity event and am so glad that I did. They did an excellent job (powered by coffee) for a reasonable price and respected my home. Thanks so much.
