Great service! I have used Boiler Booker a few times after being told I need to get my boiler tested annually... and was shocked to find the going rate elsewhere was easily several times that of the prices offered by Boiler Booker.
The process is easy- with a confirmation sent prior to the actual appointment. I've been part of a group booking with others in my block of flats and have been happy with the engineers each time. Would recommend to anyone needing an annual servicing.

Before getting onto a group booking I have (almost) never serviced my boiler, mostly because it seemed daunting. With these guys, I didn't have to search for hours and wait for a myriad of quotes, or worse yet, just pay extortionate just cause I just can't be bothered anymore.

After my annual boiler service I had a limescale reducer fitted. It was cheaper than any other quote and the service was great. Tom called me on the day with the exact time he'd be there which was great, no time wasting and hanging around at home all day. Very happy!

Great service!
Boiler stoped working on the Wednesday night and Tom came out to see us the next morning a 9am.
He fixed the problem in no time and provided great advice on maintenance. Took the time to explain what was at fault and why it happens. Fully recommend these guys!
