Fab 5m bell tent - super easy

Absolutely awesome!!
Absolutely awesome!!! Great service, great quality, I bought the 4m bell for my annual trip to the Isle of Wight festival with the tent protector and it was bloody brilliant! The protector kept my tent looking like new despite all of the dust and also reduced the early morning light and temperature in the tent…. I’m definitely buying more stuff from this brilliant company… if you’re thinking about buying a bell tent you won’t go wrong with these guys!!

Good tent, poor service
I recently bought a 3 metre Oxford bell tent, which was delivered quickly, and seems to be of a decent quality. However, despite being advertised as including a 'full set' of pegs, there weren't enough in the package. I sent a friendly e-mail to their support, as it could have been resolved very easily, but I never received a response. In the end, I just bought an extra set of pegs from Amazon, as trying to get a reply was like pulling teeth.
While the tent itself seems decent value, if you are going to spend a few hundred quick on a bell tent, I couldn't recommend going with these folks due to their poor customer service.

Thanks for your feedback and I’m really sorry to hear that the tent didn’t meet your expectations. I’ve since reached out directly to explain the fabric differences — the tent you ordered is our Oxford Ultralight, which is a lightweight polyester rather than cotton canvas.
We do have a detailed Fabric Guide linked on all product pages to help explain the options, but I completely understand how that can be overlooked, so I’ve now updated the product description to make it clearer moving forward.

What a fantastic customer service experience. I wouldn’t normally leave feedback, but credit where credit is due and all that. I recently purchased a 4m Bell tent and a 2m Curved Canopy from Boho. Delivery of these products was super fast using DHL. The tent and canopy are of extremely high quality and if looked after properly I will never need another tent again. The after service from Boho was amazing, answering a minor issue I had with the canopy installation within minutes of me sending them an email. I’ve since purchased the footprint from Boho as I feel that protection of this amazing top quality tent is a must. Thanks BOHO.
