Spent $30 plus on a gift box of shower steamers. Packaging looked like a 4 year old put it together and the boxes contents and inserts spilled all over the Amazon box. I’m not sure how many tablets are cracked or damaged and I had to repackage the box (I don’t work for them). The response from customer service was “we will offer you 5 percent off. Bad experience but will be one time

Ordered product May 20, 2025. August 11th and still no product or resolution. Have gone back and forth with customer service and even provided a screenshot of my order verification. They can’t find my May order but see my March order. I made no purchase in March. I have given multiple opportunities for them to make it right before complaining. I am being strung along at this point by them.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. About seven months ago I subscribed to the eucalyptus shower bombs, hoping they would help my sinuses (I subscribed for every six months). While they smell nice, they did nothing for my sinuses. There is nowhere on the Body Restore website to cancel one's subscription or to close one's account that I could find, so I sent a message asking for my subscription to be cancelled. Six months later (at the end of June 2023) I received a shipment notification that I was receiving my next subscription. I immediately e-mailed and asked that my shipment be cancelled but received no response. After receiving the product I sent two more messages (one by e-mail one on Messenger) to the company asking to return the product as well as for help to cancel my account so I would not receive any more orders. Again, I received no response. So now I am stuck with a product I don't want with no way to return it or receive a refund. I feel this is a very poor way to run a company and I am pretty annoyed with the lack of response.
