The products and customer service are great but aware of the delivery
Products are a must-have and I have no problem with them. I’m taking off one star because the delivery was delayed and the packaging was damaged. Happened to me twice now. Fortunately, the product itself was undamaged. The co-founder was very helpful, responding quickly to my emails and sorting out delivery concerns. They were also kind enough to refund my delivery fee.

Great find - I'm a very happy customer!
I came across the BodynSeoul website when I was searching for Korean skincare products and was pleased to see they offered free shipping over a reasonable purchase amount. My order arrived within the stipulated time-frame which I was very happy with - especially during these times! - and contained a couple of sheet masks and a small serum as gifts. I truly enjoyed the experience of purchasing through this website; the products are curated and the co-founder emailed me personally and was truly friendly and helpful. This was my first foray into Korean skincare and the products I purchased are all incredible, the website truly does guide you very well. I will definitely purchase more products from them.
