Delivery might suck
Original: You decided to make use of PostNL to deliver this, but it's not been delivered. Your products aren't bad, but that doesn't mean anything if I never get what I paid for.
Some time later: Customer service at Body&Fit managed to help me to put some pressure on PostNL, and then the package appeared. I am still convinced PostNL sucks (hope you'll find a different courier service to use), but Body&Fit has nice products and good service :)

Products not delivered. Delivery person deliberately skipped my address and left order somewhere else instead of home delivery and marked unsuccessful attempt while I was waiting the whole day at home to receive my order. No refund from body&fit or response after contact.

I recieved all my drinks with less than a month to drink then. And to complete the issue, the cappuccino are all coagulated.

Extremely poor. I ordered some pre workout and 4 days later my order was cancelled with no explanation. No email, nothing.
