Made a purchase. The guy running this seemed to lose interest which meant I had to sort the problem directly with the manufacturer and go on a four hour round trip to them to swap the part. Fortunately the bumper protectors are made in the UK...not Tawain!! One man businesses can be tough when you've got a day job too. I know that!!
Can’t praise this place enough. I tried for weeks to source kit for my new shape E Coupe but nowhere in the UK make it yet.
These guys sourced it from Germany and had it sent up to me in Glasgow once they received it.
Communication was first class
Received the product in good time, very pleased with the quality. Would off liked to have given a five star however, must agree not having no communication or acknowledgement of your order apart from PayPal was a worry. This is a legitimate site just poor with communication.
called various numbers that I could find online, one of which was bizarrely a mobile number...., no answer or returned call from either, went to order online through PayPal even, this option has been removed for some odd reason.
various messages have been sent and had no response. seems a bit of a half harted business.
kinda gone off the whole idea of modifying my car now that the buzz has been dampened.

Our landline is clearly displayed on the website, along with an email contact form. There is no mobile number, only my personal one which is not shown anywhere. PayPal is available in checkout, as is card processing by Squareup. I ordered a seat Leon mk3 diffuser but unfortunately sent out the mk2 instead of the mk3 but was all sorted and received my item in exactly 1 week of being sent👍 Very helpful on the phone with any problems or queries that I had. I maybe back soon 👍

The item you ordered was discontinued by our supplier and you were refunded in full! How does that make us any sort of con artists?
Jeff is away with the fairies. I managed to order a part that was delivered on time. It didn;t fit my car so returned it successfully but am still waiting over 3 weeks for my refund. I am glad i went with paypal and not give my bank details. subsequently all attempts to phone or email have not been answered so Jeff must be away with the fairies.

So, YOU order the wrong item, it comes back and you are issued a full refund within the prescribed 30 days and it's me that's 'away with fairies'?
Email queries (using website email addy) bounce back saying no such email address. After a long search, I found a mobile phone number which went straight to voicemail. Company registry gives a phone number which turns out to be a fax. The address is in Notts but the phone (fax) number is a London prefix. No PayPal, so they want your credit card details. Very low prices. I wonder why?????

What on earth are you talking about, there is only one record since December 2013 in the name of Porter and that was for a single LED bulb?
Our contact us form works just fine and also supplies a gmail address if required.
I cannot think what number you rang, we do not give our mobile numbers out.
As of mid 2016, we have no fax number, but when we did use fax it was an 0870 (non geographic) prefix.
There are no contact numbers listed in the Companies House registration information.
Our registered address is in Orpington, Kent, we have never have had an address in Nottinghamshire.
We only use PayPal Website Payments Pro on our website for credit/debit cards, PayPal accounts & PayPal Express checkout, entering credit or debit card details is an option offered by PayPal after transfer to their secure payment portal.
Thanks for your comments about low prices, if you could identify them, we will be happy to increase any that are unusually low.
I ordered something weeks ago. Nothing arrived, no updates, no emails.
I emailed the website contact, I got a refund but no communication whatsoever.
Not even an explanation "sorry we cannot get this part any longer".
