Before the deactivation, the platform underwent a name change to ignitionpoker, and during this period my affiliate link had problems, resulting in 24 FTDs pending confirmation. After analysis by manager Rogério, 15 of these FTDs were considered valid and approved by him.
However, the following month, my account was unexpectedly blocked without justification. I have been trying to resolve the situation amicably with the manager for a week now, but I have not received a response to date.
I would also like to point out that I have outstanding payments to receive: $900 relating to the 15 valid FTDs from the previous month, approved by the manager, plus $3,300 corresponding to the 55 FTDs already confirmed, totaling $4,200 to be paid.
All of this amount was confirmed by manager Rogério as being paid this month.
The payment is scheduled for the 10th, and, with the date approaching, my account remains deactivated without any explanation, even after sending proof of my activities, including screenshots of my posts and the traffic generated, demonstrating total transparency and absence of irregularities.
Therefore, I request support in resolving this case, seeking a fair solution and due clarification regarding what happened.
Changed a wager of mine after it was placed. No change in the bet slip of odds or line. Check after the game and they gave me a completely different line. Have screenshots as proof. update 04/08- after 2 months of making me wait to access my account and money they finally unlocked it and I have received my first payout. The delay was ridiculous but at least they eventually paid. I will continue to update if this changes.

I was so excited because finally I was able to make some good money sports betting. I had such a great sense of accomplishment with the fact that my hard work and perseverance paid off.
One day I went to log in and received a message that my account was locked and to contact support. Obviously I was worried and got in touch with them right away. They told me not to worry this is a standard account review and it will take 2-3 days. They asked me to send in my id which I did.
This was almost two months ago! I have contacted them a multitude of times and every time they say it's still under review please be patient. THEY TOLD ME 2-3 DAYS ITS BEEN ALMOST TWO MONTHS!!
I guess a loyal customer for 5 years that has lost over 30 grand is treated well until they actually win money. At that point they lock your account, provide no detail and likely will steal it your funds.
I am hoping they will actually get back to me eventually. If not I guess I will have to price our a lawyer and see if they think there is anything to do about it and what that would cost.
I will update this review if they ever get back to me but as of now I have to assume if you bet on this site they will steal your money if you win big.

I'm status black for a long time. Recently I was betting nfl football and my bets didnt show as open bets after placing the bets. Same for NHL hockey. I can only see my bets under transactions SO 3 TIMES I went to chat with an agent and ALL 3 TIMES they told me it's the new system What ????
When I place a bet on NHL hockey etc I should be able to see it under Open Bets like it has been for years.
Now when I place a bet and click open bets to look at it it says I have no open bets and can only look at it in transactions which of course never shows and Cashout options.

Now : that also has been removed and the bonuses are crypto which I dont use and they dont change weekly, both my bonuses expire in 2031 - how ridiculous
Then : sports betting you could see your bets in "open bets " and you could cash out
Now : your bets dont show in open bets anymore, you have to go to transactions and the cash out option is removed
Overall I used to rate them 8 out of 10
Now I rate them as 2 out of 10 .. the website has been going downhill for the past 3 years and now ... it's awful :(

This is a good site for poker. Player pool is solid with an equally strong and weak field. Good for learning, and building a bank roll. Some sites are fishy with their algorithms, and if not that the players are so splashy it becomes hard to have fun. Only issue I see is ZONE lacks players at certain times.

My long-standing account was suddenly disabled after a withdrawal request. Bodog requested documentation which I quickly submitted. I've followed up numerous times since. I received one reply claiming they'll tend to the request when they can. It's been over a week. I fear they're withholding my money indefinitely.

It took forever for the money I deposited into my Bodog account to be credited into the account . 14 hours later I was still waiting for the money to be deposited into the Bodog account . When I talked to customer service by chat they said they see the deposit request but they could experiencing a back log of deposits.
I stated I was unhappy with this situation and I had been betting with Bodog for over ten years , where I have bet thousands of dollars with them . I asked if there was any way I could get $25 free play for the inconvenience and they said no . At that point they all the sudden ended the chat . I was not rude to them, they were in fact very unprofessional just ending the chat unexpectedly.
I’m very unhappy with the customer service of Bodog and will be taking my money out and closing my account . This is not how you treat a customer of over ten years !
Update-shortly after the chat the money was finally credited to my account so bet 15 hours later …

They de activated my account 3 weeks ago and requested documents. I sent the documents in twice because the first time they said they couldn't receive them.
They only tell me to keep waiting on customer support. I am very worried about getting my account re opened and am worried they are stealing my money.
edit: bodog has requested additional details through trustpilot from me but nobody has reached out to help and i remain locked out of my account with no access to my money
edit #2: My account is still disabled and I have not been contacted by bodog. $187,000 balance that I have not had access to for 5 weeks now.
