Horrible company! I placed an order on 3/24.On May 6th I’m still waiting for my product, despite receiving a notice on 3/25 the order had shipped. When it didn’t arrive in a timely manner, I emailed them. They told me it would take 10-20 business days to arrive. The tracking info they sent showed it was still waiting to be picked up by the shipper. I asked for a refund and they sent a “shipment update” still showing it was waiting to be picked up. This has gone on for weeks, during which time the tracking number actually changed. They’ve assured me the order is enroute, yet the tracking info still shows it awaiting pickup by shipper. I’ve turned this over to my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. RUN AWAY, FOLKS, RUN AWAY!!!!!!!

They sent me a cheap imitation piece of junk that looked nothing like the one they showed in the ad, yeah, they got me but judging from all the other reviews they get EVERYONE! Hope this helps I’m going to try and let PayPal know and have them removed

Order one item, got billed for two, sent a request for a refund for the second item. Shortly afterwards received an email stating they were shipped by USPS. No estimated delivery date given. Listed a tracking number that USPS did not recognize. Was charged to my credit card, but never heard from them about the overcharge. Never received the item(s) either. Receipt never had a date of purchase listed either, so you can’t prove the timeframe of the transaction. Struggling to get a refund or contest the charge through my credit card provider.

Order 1 item, when I went to check out they added another, charged for ins, then had another order for another one. Got the last order cancelled and refunded, I cancelled all orders 2 minutes after ordering, now they say it was too late to cancel order. After many emails, I now disputed this sale with PayPal, we will see where this goes. POST company, don’t order nothing!!!!!!

I order and auto car play and got external hard drive. Paid 53 euros and they don't accept the fact that they sent a WRONG item. Refunding now with PayPal. SONR TRUST

Scammers!
They sell a product by one price, then charge a bit more. You open a dispute on Paypal and they return the difference.
Then a cheap product arrives and has nothing to do with the description, although you cannot complain anymore to Paypal, since it only allows one dispute per transaction.
Only way to solve the issue is by appealing to Paypal by messaging or calling them.
In my case I ordered the "Fivfivgo™ Kabelloses CarPlay/Android Auto", and instead of an Android dual core device with dual-band Wifi, I received a cheap unbranded Chinese empty hard drive.

UPDATE:
On Paypal case, the company request me to send the product to Hong Kong in order to give me a refund. Although the company states in their website that they are located in London.
A shipping to Hong Kong is almost the same price as the product, and Paypal says:
"Yes, I understand your concern but as seller gave the return address in Hong Kong you need to return it Hong Kong. As I mentioned above as a payment processor, we cannot issue a refund without returning the item back to the seller. However, the returning cost will not come under buyer protection."

Get away from this company!!!
