I wish I had done some research before I bought from this website . Dresses look nothing like the picture , are too big and material is cheap . I’d give no stars if possible . Don’t buy from them . Even though they will change their name in a few months and start over ripping people off .

I placed an order online on March 11,2021 for $140.96 and I haven't received the merchandise since then. On April 15th over a month later I submitted a chargeback with my CC company. On May 19th I received a second charge for $146.96 and still never received the merchandise.I am out almost $300 and still have no merchandise to show for it!!! Bucamo has not been helpful or responsive to any of my emails sent! Beware, do not shop here!

Do not buy. They offer 100% guarantee on their products. Looks nothing like pics. Now they want me to send to Dubai on my dime. Minimum

I ordered a few things from Bocuma. It took 60 days to arrive! I tried to cancel, but they would not. Poor quality and damaged goods, they would not allow me to return the item and offered me $35.00 credit on a $126.00 purchase. Stay away from this company!

Terrible customer service, poor quality merchandise. I ordered a few pieces from Bucomo. Took forever to arrive. Merchandise was not as described (looked really cheap ) and sizing was way off. I sent them an email asking for return instructions but several weeks and emails later, still have not heard back from the company.

This is a bad company with no customer service. The quality of the product is poor. DO NOT ORDER FROM BOCUMO!

This company is a joke I repeatedly requested the order be canceled

When I requested to return the item they claim it will cost more than the order is worth

Recently received 3 shirts from this vendor. The merchandise arrived 6 weeks after I ordered and the shirts were small and of poor quality. They refused to allow a return of the merchandise.

DO NOT order from this company. The products aren’t even close to what is presented, and they won’t let me return my clothes. There is no explanation of why they won’t let me return my clothes.

Stay away from this company, as stated before nonexistent customer service they send you an email that doesn’t allow you to send pictures as they requested. What a scam!!! Even one star is more than what they deserve

Horrible !! Do not order from this company takes weeks to get your order and the clothing I purchased looks nothing like what it did online cheap quality trying to contact them to get a refund and having a horrible time getting ahold of anyone !

Horrible. I ordered a dress almost 2 months ago. Never received it. They are no longer answering my emails demanding a refund. Stay away.

The items I ordered were of poor quality and did not fit. They no longer respond to emails regarding how I can return them. Stay as far away as you can from this company. The last email I had from them offered me $9 and told me to keep the clothes.

I ordered a dress based on the picture and good reviews I saw in a Facebook ad. It took forever to arrive and it's NOTHING at all like what I ordered. The material is awful, it's the wrong color and for a size medium, it's huge. I emailed them that day along with pictures. First they claimed they couldn't see the pictures, so I resent them. They replied that they can refund $5 if I can please keep the dress. " I'm still waiting for their next response because $5 when I spent almost $50 is ridiculous. Never again!!

***Edit to add: The email address for Customer Service is no longer in service. That should tell you all you need to know about these scam artists.

I ordered 4 tops a month ago. I haven’t heard anything from Bocumo. I have no way of getting a hold of customer service. This has been a horrible experience. They took my money right away, but I haven’t received the merchandise. I’m not sure if I lost my money or going to get my order.

If i could give negative stars I would! RUN away from this company and never look back! Took 2 months to get my clothes but my credit card was charged immediately. Material cheap like bad 1970 pajamas. When asked for return policy as I was not satisfied with quality and they did not fit properly they asked for pictures of the damage. I told them they were not defective just not to my liking and did not fit they offered me 18 US dollars and to keep the product! Now they are offering 30 dollars in an over $200 purchase! Total scam

Horrible fit and quality!!!! Very poorly made! There are no instructions for returns and NO customer service! I had the same horrible experience with NinaCloth...am so mad at myself for falling for this AGAIN!!!

I placed my order then waited nearly 7 weeks for my 4 dresses to arrive. They were all substandard in quality and fit and they refused to refund my money. I’d caution everyone from dealing with this company.

I bought 3 dresses and expected a good quality. They are 100% poliester and very low quality. I will never buy to this seller again. For clothing if not 100% cotton at least a blend would be acceptable.

I gave 1 star because I had to pick 1-5 otherwise my reviee would be a zero. I ordered a dress and when it came in the mail it was a completely different color than what the photo looked like. Also the material was cheap. I sent multiple emails asking for return info. The only response I got asked me to send pictures of the item. I did this and still no response after 6 days. I emailed again asking for return info.. please do not order from this company their products are not as depicted and they will not let you return items..
