So so quality/high price; terrible customer service
My partner had purchase for me at great expense headphones B8i. They turned out to be very poor: heavy, poor sound and the battery life was less than 50% of what they claimed. I sent the device back to B&O and indicated, at least twice, twice by email and thirdly, with an accompanying letter, the address to which the replacement device needed to be sent. The company finally agreed that the device was defective and agreed to replace it. However they ignored my instructions for address, and sent the replacement to a different country. When I realised that this was what they had done, I explained to them, yet again, that thanks to the virus I was not able to be available for delivery or to collect this device. I was astounded to discover that as far as customer service was concerned, that this was where "they washed their hands" and they would do nothing to correct their mistake. They said it was effectively up to the customer (me) to sort it out and they could and would not do anything to sort this out or to send me an alternative. I even wrote to senior B&O management in Denmark, and they clearly could not care a less. I and my partner will never purchase B&O again: the price far far exceeds the quality and the fact that they care little about their customer or the quality of service risks monies being spent on nothing. Very very disappointing.
