I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Michael Jeffs (Toombul Branch) who went out of his way and went the extra mile to assist me to stay on the road for 1 week until I was able to replace much needed all 4 tyres.
Today all 4 tyres were replaced and he and the staff made sure everything ran smoothly and the job was finished in no time. I will be recommending this branch to my friends and family. Keep up the good work.

Took my car into the Taylors Lakes store on 2 May 2024 to have my tyres inspected. Returned to find 2 areas on my car they had damaged. The employees took no ownership and were laughing at me including the Store Manager. Then the female employee who works in the work shop said "Get f**ked" to me infront of my daughter and 2 other customers. Absolutely disgusting. Will never return or recommend them. So now I am left with damages on my car and no compensation.

I phoned Bob Jane’s Hobart Store and from the moment I spoke to Louis I knew I had made the right choice. I took my car in the next day to have 4 new tyres fitted. There was a problem with the order and Louis sorted it quickly (with another staff member but I didn’t catch his name). My tyres were fitted promptly and I left feeling extremely satisfied. I know where I will be going in the future.

A 1 star review is not even enough to convey my utter disappointment with this company.
I had my car booked in on 6/4/24 at 10:30am to get new tyres and new rims installed on my Subaru WRX (I waited 3 months to get these rims imported from Japan). 30 minutes after dropping my car off, to my absolute horror, I receive a call from the store manager, that she has crashed another customer's car into my own.
I spent 5 hours at the store and the store manager was unable to provide me with details for upper management or any insurance details. She had no idea what the process was for an incident like this or any customer service skills. I requested for a hire car to be organised whilst it is getting repaired and whilst I am waiting for my RAC assessment to be completed. The store manager took no responsibility for her actions and I have been left with no way to get to work as a result of her negligence. The store manager lacked active listening skills, empathy, critical thinking and forward planning skills (which are all skills you would expect in management). Whilst we tried to sort it out with the store manager, she just hid inside the office and avoided any contact with us. When she did eventually come out, she just looked down avoiding all eye contact and still had no information to provide us.
I have contacted the state manager, who basically handed all the responsibility off to the store manager (who by the way, was on her FIRST week on the job). It is ridiculous that a company this large is doing absolutely nothing. I have received NO written confirmation the costs will be covered for repairs, hire cars or tows and absolutely NO compensation for my distress. The state manager's response was generic and did not answer any of my concerns. I have written to the feedback email and to their higher office and still received no reply.
I entrusted my pride and joy with this company due to a recommendation from family about their previous manager. I had no clue they were under new management. I was meant to be taking my car home in new rims and new tyres. Instead, I took my car home on a tow truck. I am disgusted by the way both the store manager and the company have handled the situation. You would think they have procedures in place for situations like this. The store manager's attitude alone is enough to ensure I will never let any of my friends and family use this company ever again.
Whilst the store manager is able to continue her work, I am left to pick up the pieces of my pride and joy. Panel beaters are booked out for months to come so I am left with a broken car for the next few months. This has been an extremely traumatic incident for me and I have received NO compensation for anything.
Please please please AVOID this company at all costs. It is just not worth it. I will be dealing with this on my own for months to come.

I made an appointment with a local Bob Jane T mart to get my wheel alignment fixed since I hit a pothole a few weeks ago.
I left the car in the shop, they called me and said a tyre needs to be replaced, which I agreed of them to action.
I came to pick it up and they tell me the driver’s side reeks of petrol, which it definitely didn’t before. I went to have a look, as I start it - there’s something leaking from under the car and there is a strong smell of petrol plus there is a “start-stop system error” on the dash which was definitely not there before.
I spoke to the guy who was there and he says “you’re gonna have to take it to a mechanic”. I told him I’m not going to take it from here till you guys fix what we you’ve done. They drove it back into their shop and are currently working on it.
My guess is these guys seem young so they probably don’t even know what they’ve broken.

Bob Jane nerang overtightened the wheel nuts so that we had to snap 5 studs to get wheels off the car!! Rang the officious manager who said this happens alot with my car model.This is complete bs as the car has over 100K & never had this problem before. Manager said the tyres were rotated 10 months ago(a long time!).Very expensive exercise to replace studs. Steer well clear of shoddy Bob Jane Nerang.
Bob jane in both joondalup and clarkson are crap they show the most expensive tyres and every time I go to clarkson bob jane they always block the main drive through.
I spent the extra money and bought Pirelli tyres about a year ago. After a month or so the tyres started shredding around the egdes of the tyres. They said they had no replacement tyres in the country. So I waited to hear back from Dwain. During that time the other tyres did the same thing, with chuncks of rubber tearing out of the tread. I took this to my mechanic (David Gary Automotive) he said they are defective and not roadworthy and not to be driven over 60km's an hour. This voids my full comprehensive insurance if I was too have an accident. I work in home-care and drive the elderly around for appointments and various other tasks. I do not feel safe doing safe doing so. If I was to sell my car at the moment, I would have to buy 4 new tyres as mine do not pass roadworthy through no fault of my own. We got the Pirelli rep in and he decided to give me 2 new tyres. I bought 4 tyres and would like Bob Jane to honour their warranty and replace the 4 tyres. I will be filing a small claims debt in the hope of getting my faulty tyres replaced. I have also contacted the local 7 news to meet me in the caloundra Bob Jane carpark this week. Your motto is "Where here to help". What a load of rubbish.

Had a tire puncture needed to get it repaired day after Boxing Day where most of the tire centers are closed for holidays. Few places open were quoting ridiculous waiting times we needed to get it done ASAP we are headed out of town for holidays. Drove to Bob Jane T-marts Elizabath St. Melbourne met store manager Mike explain our situation and he said this job will take 1.5 hours. Mike gave instructions to Luke to take care of the assigned job. To our surprise we were stunned it was done in a jiffy to the perfection. This is absolutely great customer service under promise over delivered service was an awesome experience and a relief where we were running behind time. Simon of Bob Jane Doncaster provided exceptional support. I have only purchased tyres off BJ Doncaster for some decades. Simon's recently pro-active action saved me more than $1000.
In a routine car service, Doncaster Land Rover advised me that the wheel nut locking key on my car was missing. They could charge me 3 1/2 hours, (about $1000) to remove the nuts. I called Bob Jane T-Mart Doncaster (next door to Doncaster Land Rover). Simon answered the phone, said that was ridiculous and offered to go and get the car and remove the nuts. He did that and it took only a few minutes, including pick up and return the car to the adjacent Land Rover Dealer workshop.
This just adds to the reason why I am a rusted on Bob Jane T-Mart Doncaster loyal customer for life.

I made more than one enquiry about new wheels, rims through kwinana bob janes. I got absolutely no response whatsoever. However i am getting more and more ads pop up on my facebook page. You are wasting money advertising if you dont follow up enquiries.
By the way you was not the only company that did not respond.
Incidentally i spent $1,600 on rims from a company that did respond.
Update 8th January.. regarding the store having no record of my enquiry
I called the store on the phone number listed after several attempts then someone would call me back with a price and timeframe. Nothing followed.

Seamless experience. Friendly reception staff offered me three choices of tyre to replace my flat one and then invited me to take a seat while they did it .. wow! I watched the technicians replace the tyre from the waiting area and was impressed with attention to detail including pressure check and clean of all four tyres

I had recently installed a tyre at the ALBURY Bob Jane tyre centre , and was surprised that I was overcharged for the tyre for an amount of 750dollars . I had earlier installed similar tyres for my front wheels at the same company for the cost of 550 dollars each because they were able to price match . After querying the cost , I was incorrectly informed by the salesperson that the cost was more because of the size of the tyre . I was later referred by Porche Melbourne to Donnellens Collingwood , I was quoted 500 dollars for the same tyre . I am rating one for the experience.

Went in for my first tyre change on my 08 BMW, drove her up there working fine, the fitters were great and did the job quickly and were of great assistance however when I got her back she was shaking when taking corners and eventually started to shutting off with errors related to inflation sensors and speed sensors (Not what you want especially when you just dumped $1500~ into new tyres), I called them on the monday morning as I had it done on saturday and asked one of the guys to chuck her up on the hoist and check the sensors which he was cool with however later in the afternoon I when I called to alert them that she was being towed another person picked up and was refusing to take any responsibility for even the possibility that a sensor could've been damaged or something went wrong in the process, trying to blame me for the problems that had occurred and even tried to tell me that my vehicle didn't have speed sensors! Fortunately when I came the next morning to discuss the issues further she started and no longer had the problems she and the fitter did end up putting it on the hoist to allow me to check the sensors weren't damaged while trying to re assure me that they didn't damage anything in the process. A+ to the fitter dude does a solid job, Because of the gronk in the office I had to deal with however I would never recommend anyone to take their vehicle there under any circumstances only giving 2 stars because the fitters were good.

Everything is fine, but I don't know why when you change 4 tires, adjusting the wheel alignment after 6 months is not included in the warranty, but it is different for some customers and this is not fair.
