One week ago I sent an on-line request for options to buy 4 A/T tyres for my 4WD. I listed the 5 brands I thought closest to my needs and detailed my vehicle and caravan useage. I asked for their recommendation and proposed to visit premises to discuss the deal. I received no answer or call.
I visited the store and found the they had replied to Bob Jane rather than my address.I received excellent advise in store and am now awaiting Nov sales to order my replacement tyres.

I was given back my car without brakes. Complete lack of duty of care. They did not admit liability. Did not help in any way to resolve the problem they caused. The car was therefore unroadworthy, totally unsafe to drive and a threat to pedestrians and other cars. I had no choice but to drive the car using the hand brake very slowly and carefully and fix the problem myself. My Lawyer will be hearing about this shortly.

Appalling Service, Dishonest Conduct, and Unprofessional Behaviour
I would strongly advise against using Bob Jane T-Marts Morayfield.
After paying over $800 for new tyres, I discovered that two hubcaps were missing — one never re-fitted, and another that flew off while driving, which is a serious safety hazard. Even more concerning, I later found that my near-new spare tyre had been removed and replaced with one of my old, completely bald tyres — the same tyres I was told were unsafe to drive on. I was never informed of this change at any stage, which is clearly deceptive and unacceptable.
When I raised these issues, I was initially blamed and dismissed by the franchise owner, Pete Fairfull. Only after contacting the Queensland Office of Fair Trading did the store finally agree to rectify the situation. When I visited to have the matter resolved, Mr Fairfull was rude, condescending, and passive-aggressive from the moment I arrived. He spoke down to me, challenged what I said despite clear evidence, and before I left told me I was “not welcome back” because he “didn’t appreciate my emails” and was “trying to run a professional business.”
It is beyond belief that such behaviour and language is what he considers “professional.” I simply raised legitimate concerns as a paying customer — which I am entirely entitled to do.
This experience demonstrates extremely poor professionalism, dishonesty, and disrespect toward customers, especially women. A business that behaves this way does not deserve public trust.
Avoid Bob Jane Morayfield at all costs — there are plenty of tyre shops that treat customers with honesty and basic respect.

Earlier this week i went at Southport branch to fix my puncher
Because it was on the side not under the tyre so he said i need a new tyre cant fix but he can fix it for a day as i had to go for my day trip.
So he gave me a quote Bristone elenz One Tyre after giving discount it was $760 and i gave him deposit $200
Because i had doubt of his quote and i was busy that day i went to Budget Tyre shop in Southport and after looking at he gave me quote same tyre $599
The difference was $161 for one tyre when i said i want refund then he said we do price match but he cant refund my advance then i said okay do it then.
After looking at his online investigation he didnot gave me any dollar match excuse was he cant see their online price?
Tyre specialist? Price match and and 10% less charge if customer can show less quote?
I leave these two Business words for all users for your understanding whether they are Bob jane T mart suppose to do this kind unethical Business?
If i didnt check with the second shop i wouldnt know how much unethical profit they are making from me

After this review was posted I was contacted by the store involved to try and turn things around.
WELL AROUND THEY WENT The person show called be back was polite, apologetic and demonstrated to me that he was willing to go the extra mile on my behalf and updating his knowledge and techniques.
WELL DONE TO HIM !!!
As I have personal experience of making mistakes at times, I believe that it is how we handle ourselves in rectifying these mistakes that shows the true measure of who we are.

After writing a negative review about my experience with Bob Jane T-Marts at Alberton, I received a reply asking that I email some contact details and vehicle registration to them so they could "investigate this and move to remedy my disappointment". This I did a month ago. I have not received any further response from Bob Jane T-Mart. Obviously writing to them was a waste of my time as my email was totally ignored and nothing has been done to rectify the situation.
Good advice, very prompt service and a fair price. Very happy with the results thank you.

Had a tyre replaced on my GT Stinger on Monday at the Townsville store in Mundingburra. Car had no traction after leaving the store. Rang them, explained issue and booked car in for Wednesday. Was told after waiting for 2 hrs they are unable to fix issue, and then they proceeded to try and sell me over $2000 worth of Rims. The car does not need new Rims..Finally discovered that they had in fact put the wrong tyre on the car. When approached about the wrong tyre the staff were condescending and rude and would not listen. I then contacted Bob Jane customer support and was told there was no one I could speak to, I had to write an email to the area manager. I did this immediately and I have heard nothing back from them. I tried calling customer service twice today and the phone rang out. My car is extremely unsafe to drive. I do not reside in Townsville, I am just visiting. I have a 600km drive to get home, yet now I am stuck waiting to hear from them, with an unsafe vehicle.
I am Absolutely disgusted by the lack of professionalism and lack of knowledge the staff have at that store. Would recommend no one get their tyres done there as they allow people to leave the store in unsafe vehicle.

I just had my tyres replaced by Bob Jane T-Mart Tweed Heads South. I totally recommend the service and product I received from them. They fitted Yokohama BluEarth-Es tyres to my Mitsubishi Outlander! Why was I impressed? I have been dealing with this shop for about 15 years and this time I am compelled to say something about how good these tyres are for all weather conditions. Main points are the tyres is very directional and responsive when driving with an assurance of safety! Plus the wheel alignment was perfectly done! I can totally recommend this product for an outlander or possibly any other SUV. Thanks to the Bob Jane T-Mart crew for making my tyre exchange experience smooth and efficient. HG

Terrible experience at Bob Jane Narre Warren. Took my Tesla in on 8th Aug for a puncture fix and alignment—afterwards the car was pulling left and safety features were disabled. Went back on 12th Aug for another alignment but the issue remained. Finally had Tesla fix it on 19th Aug, and their report showed how poorly the job was done here.
When I showed the report, staff dismissed it. To make things worse, one staff member was rude and even threatened to damage my car during an argument. Completely unprofessional and unsafe service. Would not recommend this store at all.

I ordered 4 tyres over a month ago and after waiting a week I rang and was informed they were coming from Brisbane to Sydney. After another week I rang, informed they would be there on Friday after waiting a further 3 Friday alleged deliveries I went to a independent tyre dealer an ordered same tyres on Friday and they were there to be fitted on the Monday.
Bob Jane never had the curtesy to even call me once.

Pulled into Erina shop 15 minutes before closing as I was travelling home from work when suddenly realised by back tyre was very flat. Assistant Manager Harrison immediately assisted, checked the tyre had a nail, tested it and advised it was fixable and it could be done the following day due to shop had already closed and then put the spare tyre on. I returned the following day and the tyre was fixed, returned back onto car and spare returned back into place, no charge! Thank you Harrison! Great attitude and customer service. Bosses give him a pay raise!

I have been taking my car for new tyres and maintenance of wheel balance, alignment since 2021, and have referred many friends. However, my last alignment, the black rims were scratched which has never happened before, and I was made to feel bad for their fault!! They apparently painted them for the scratches. But I could feel the animosity and the actual customer care factor was less than previous years.
Also, I do not know why, but someone sprayed something and I don't know what it was into the front cabin, and where it landed has caused little bubbles of the plastic as it reacted to the spray droplets. I did say something but they denied they used spray in the interior!!!The manager told me that my car had no alignment issues, the treads were great. But last week I had my car serviced at my mechanic and he said that both front tyres have been wearing inside for a while and that it was dangerous as Bob jane had them in the front rather than the back of the car.
I will never go back there again.

If you have black wheels, absolutely do not let them touch them they will get scratched and chipped. When I confronted them about the damage, they tried arguing that it was due to a poor paint job. Even though the paint was from Mazda, I stood there firmly telling the manager that my rims did not look like that when I brought them in. His response was dismissive, indicating he wouldn't fix them, which felt entirely unprofessional. He even mentioned that many customers have complained about scratched rims and insisted it wasn’t their fault. I completely disagree. In the past 10 years, I’ve never had my rims chipped or scratched. After leaving my car for a wheel alignment, rotation and balance, along with a puncture repair, I got back three damaged rims. This experience makes it clear to me that I will never return. And if you don't want your rims damaged I wouldnt take your car here

Every year I receive a reminder from the team at Bob Jane, Taringa for a 12 monthly service. It's an important service: a 'health' check as I do a lot of off-road driving to my rural property. BJ checks alignment and balance etc. Today when I came to pick up the vehicle I was told it could not be done. The front wheel bearings were shot and must be attended to asap. There was NO CHARGE for start of the service/inspection and I'm guessing at least 30mins down time - again free of charge. I have booked the car in to my mechanic and once completed will return to BJ. What do a take way from this? It's BJ's focus on the welfare of the customer and their high level of technical and customer integrity. It can't get better than this. Tks...Ben B

So 1 tyre w a puncture. Asked for same brand new tyre. Was told 2 days.. OK. It was 3 days but no biggy. I called them to see what was happening and was promised next day AM. I turned up PM. No tyre replaced. No whoops or apology. Just come back. 2 days later it was ready.
I got it back with their white tyre fitting lubricant grunge dried on the tyre and
the rim. They did not bother cleaning it up. Clearly no pride in their workmanship.
They have slipped dramatically. They used tb good.
