What a horrible encounter with Bob Jane Preston. Customer service at the front desk was horrible and I could not wait to get out of there.
Was made to feel like I knew nothing and the older man consultant knew what I needed told me quite rudely he couldn't help me to Monday (which I never thought I was going to be helped same day) I would be waiting around 3 hrs and I needed to leave a deposit.
Left thinking surely I can find better drove down the road to a competitor to a completely different experience they were friendly extremely helpful they offered 5 tyres and not the cheap version I was told I needed as and amazingly they did it straight away.
Lesson to Bob Jane have your front house workers take a course on customer service there is no need to be rude to paying customers or made to feel they are bothering them.
