Horrific
Horrific, disgusting service!
I was booked in this morning for 2 new tires and 3 puncture repairs at the Belconnen branch at 07:45. I arrived at 07:30 and parked by the unopened roller doors. I was well aware it didn't open until 07:45. I always arrive a little early no matter what's happening. Some clown there came charging out and rudely told me to park in the parking lot and they'll come and get the keys and car when they're ready. I said, "It's ok, do what you need to do to open, I'll move the car and wait in the little lounge area. This is Canberra and cold. He said that I couldn't wait in there just stay in your car. Well, I did that. As I was waiting and watching them getting the things ready, other customers arrived after me. I watched as they were allowed inside the store and handing in log books or whatever. Then, the tire changers, despite me being the 1st there, came and got another person's car. At this point I had heard and seen enough. So, I went to the auto shop behind them to get a quote on a service. Finally, at about 08:00, a tire fitter entered the auto shop asking me for my key. I told him to forget it. That 1st guy was obnoxious and rude to me so I'm going to another tire place. I left and went half a k up the road to Tyrepower. They were fantastic and really knew customer service. 40 minutes later and $365 later, I drove home. That's $365 Bob Jane never got. Unfortunately, my fault, I didn't think to get his name. Naturally, I'll never go back. I certainly won't be recommending them. I've never EVER received such disgusting service from any business outlet like I did this morning. If that guy keeps up that kind of behaviour, they'll lose a lot more customers.
