Friendly staff who know their products…

Friendly staff who know their products and don't push to sell the highest price. Yet, they will source higher end tyres to meet specialist needs quickly, and work to fit you into a schedule.
We keep going back their because we know they will get our vehicles back on the road fast, at a competitive price! And with little fuss!

WARNING WARNING AVOID

WARNING WARNING AVOID - DO NOT USE especially Currumundi QLD - i paid 4 new tyres to be changed and the shop scratch all 4 rims , they have some sort Black Matt coating on since i had this car which were in perfect conditiion, and they have been badly scratched - i called the place immediately afterwards was told the Manager (NICK) was away but he would get back to me Monday morning as Urgent - of course they didn't get back to me so i called after lunch on Monday and spoke to Nick the manager and he blamed the wheel coating. - he refused to do anything so i will have to take this Legally and will review all over the internet ..and media and TV - Shocking behaviour not even wanting to try to fix there mistake . SO BEWARE if they damage your Car they will not fix it .. I have pics immediately before and after and will be taking this further. STAY away from BOB JANE T-MART

Purchased four tyres and was due for a tyre check. Had my Ute booked in was told up to an hour n half when I dropped key off. Went back two hours later to see that my Ute had not even moved.
Was it payback 🤔as I saw a worker doing a burnout while leaving for lunch and said I did not want him driving my Ute or anywhere near it.

Booked my car (ford ranger 2in lift) in…

Booked my car (ford ranger 2in lift) in for a tyre rotation / balance and wheel alignment, on arrival and confirmation of the services requested I asked about the wheel alignment procedures and what would be adjusted. The sales team advised me that only toe in / out is adjusted. I informed the sales person that my tyres have obvious signs that show more than toe in / out needs to be adjusted . All 3 perimeters of the wheels are adjustable on the ford ranger (castor , camber and toe in) But bob jane tmarts only check and adjust the toe in and wont touch the other two angles but they charge for the "wheel alignement" which on my car means all 3 angles. Anybody with a small amount of mechanical, a piece of string and a tape measure can do the toe in adjustment at home. Its about time companys like this provided the service that customers want and pay for. All through my years working as a motor mechanic when a alignment was requested all 3 angles where checked and adjusted if the car had the required adjusting points. Never again will i book a wheel alignment or any other service with bob jane

First rate service!

I went to Bob Jane Frankston early in the morning without a booking, for a flat tyre. They could not have been any nicer. The tyre looked beyond repair but they fixed it, just like new. If I ever need anything related to tyres I’ll always come back here. If I could give more stars I would. The best service ever.

Horrific

Horrific, disgusting service!
I was booked in this morning for 2 new tires and 3 puncture repairs at the Belconnen branch at 07:45. I arrived at 07:30 and parked by the unopened roller doors. I was well aware it didn't open until 07:45. I always arrive a little early no matter what's happening. Some clown there came charging out and rudely told me to park in the parking lot and they'll come and get the keys and car when they're ready. I said, "It's ok, do what you need to do to open, I'll move the car and wait in the little lounge area. This is Canberra and cold. He said that I couldn't wait in there just stay in your car. Well, I did that. As I was waiting and watching them getting the things ready, other customers arrived after me. I watched as they were allowed inside the store and handing in log books or whatever. Then, the tire changers, despite me being the 1st there, came and got another person's car. At this point I had heard and seen enough. So, I went to the auto shop behind them to get a quote on a service. Finally, at about 08:00, a tire fitter entered the auto shop asking me for my key. I told him to forget it. That 1st guy was obnoxious and rude to me so I'm going to another tire place. I left and went half a k up the road to Tyrepower. They were fantastic and really knew customer service. 40 minutes later and $365 later, I drove home. That's $365 Bob Jane never got. Unfortunately, my fault, I didn't think to get his name. Naturally, I'll never go back. I certainly won't be recommending them. I've never EVER received such disgusting service from any business outlet like I did this morning. If that guy keeps up that kind of behaviour, they'll lose a lot more customers.

Tyre repair Vic Park

I dropped into the store in Vic park to get a tyre repaired at 12.00pm on Monday, he did advise that he probably would not get around to repairing it until Tuesday morning. I waited until 12.00pm on Tuesday to call again, they hadnt repaired tyre, was told he would get them to do it now, I phoned at 2.20 to be told he was working on it and would be ready in 20 mins called up 20 mins later and someone was still working on it. I found it to be very poor service, for just a puncture repair

Store damaged all 4 of my wheels

Store damaged all 4 of my wheels, they then proceeded to damage my friends wheels the following day.

Spent ages trying to resolve the issue with the regional manager, took the afternoon off work for him to inspect my wheels, never showed up or even sent a message.

Absolute joke.

If you care about your car, do not use Bob Jane

Poor Service

Booked car in on Tuesday. for 4 new tyres and wheel alignment, got there no wheel alignment booked. Rebooked for Sat. got there early told it would take 1and3/4 hr. to do. The car was not ready told it would be another hour, not happy so now told 3/4 hour.All in all from start to finish it took 3 hours. Also they did the wheel alignment with the old tyres on , to me that is strange ,In the past it has always been done with the new tyres.
Because I was NOT happy they gave me $89 off for the inconvenience. As if that makes up for a waste of time and I do wonder if it was because I’m an older woman and they thought I wouldn’t complain. I was the second last car to leave the workshop and I certainly wasn’t the second last to book in.
I definitely will not be going back to Bob Jayne Brookvale again.

Bob Jane hopeless mechanics Lake haven Warren the owner needs to retire and get new mechanics and proper tools to do the job he’s quoted

I purchased four kumho tyres onlinefor the rear of my small Hino 300 series Truck which Bobjane Lakehaven said they could fit and balance no problems when I took the truck next day to have it done Warren the owner started complaining about getting sore knees as he was too old. Couldn’t even bend down to use the rattle gun so I had problems getting the nuts off until a young kid from Ultra tune came over with his rattle gun and remove the nuts. Warren said we have been working on this long enough never had time to balance the wheels then when replaced them had trouble doing up two nuts could only do up three. I’ve never had the right tools I said to him go and borrow the rattle gun from that young kid said no time. Take it to your local mechanic drove out of there with three nuts done up only very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Also driving down the freeway. The truck starts to wobble Truck Tyres not balanced so not very professional Warren should retire too old for the job and they need new rattle guns. Don’t worry about lodging a complaint. You will only get an AI robot who will annoy you and get nowhere. What is Bobjane coming to?

Damaged rims and scrubbed tyres when fitting. Did an appalling job with wheel alignment. Car was dangerous to drive, not driving straight and fish tailing…..something’s probably loose. Waiting for another wheel alignment, that’s right, didn’t offer to pick up car, no compensation offered. Do NOT use BJ PENRITH. They used to be real good under David’s management. This is no longer the case

With the current managing team I will…

With the current managing team I will not recommend this place. I had good interactions in the past , but if I had a chance to give -5 star, I would do that.

Sequence of events:
1. My Tesla showed reduced tyre pressure and I pulled in to your driveway at around 3:35 to 3:45 PM. I asked the manager on duty to see if SHE can help and she was non co-operative as she told me they were full with Job. I requested to see if I can get Air filled in , but she did not oblige so I drove out. I saw that my tyre pressure was down to 23 PSI so I pulled over in Rimmington Street.
2. On checking I found that the Valve had come off and hence the rapid air leak and there was flat tyre.
3. I called few mobile flat tyre service but they did not had Spare Tyre in stock which was Michelin 235 R18 Pilot Sport 4.
4.I walked to your office at around 4:30 to check if you had tyre in stock , another female employee was getting ready to sweep dust off the floor and when I walked in she told me that "We are closed". I questioned that and said I just have a Tyre availability enquiry and she said they do not have without checking the system.
5 In the meanwhile the first female whom I spoke to was behind the desk and I said this is not the customer service one would expect and store is not closed and I was told store is closed and that type of tyre not in stock. I started to scan the Google Reveiw Barcode and she realised and then started paying attention to me.There was not a single customer at that time but she was updating data in system I guess.
6 I told her that if she would have allowed me to check in the first instance when I drove in I would not have to go through the stress.
7 She offered to walk to the car spot where I had parked when I started questioning their attitude.
8 I told her I have photo and on seeing the photo she said the valve cannot be replaced and I need to buy new Tyre and Tyre was in Stock which she reserved for me. So again first I was told No stock and then magically 2 Nos came in Stock.
9 Only option I had was to Tow the vehicle and pay around 220 AUD to Tow to your place.
10. She agreed that later in the day once shop is closed I can tow the Tesla and park it at your place and I accepted the responsibility if there was a damage overnight.
11. Here the negative 5 star experience ends with Bob Jane and their 2 female staff, but more surprise was in store for me.
12 I made a few more phone calls to other Mobile tyre repairers as well as Tesla roadside and guys who give LOANER tyre till it is fixed. They saw the photo which I sent and said maybe the Valve is repairable.
13 I left the vehicle there and called the mobile repairer guy but they were closed at around 6 PM and no response.
14. I got hold of another Mobile Tyre repairer next day and he came and fixed it for me with a service FEE of 150 AUD.

Thanks to Bob Jane's Artarmon team for this experience and I will never ever buy anything from this place at Artarmon.

All this can be seen from your Video capturing if you have from 3:35 PM to 4:50 PM inside and out of office.

Disappointing experience at Bob Jane…


Disappointing experience at Bob Jane T-Marts Artarmon.

Poor communication and significant delays. I arrived just before 8:00am for a booking but wasn’t attended to until around 8:15am. I was then given a timeframe, which has been well exceeded with no updates or explanation.

The workshop also appears to be staffed by relatively inexperienced technicians, which didn’t inspire confidence. To make matters worse, the regional manager pulled staff into a meeting while multiple customers were waiting for service and cars.

Overall, not a great customer experience and quite frustrating. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible

Just…Wow! The worst customer service ever. Having put my rego into Bob Jane T-Marts website to get a quote for 4 tyres I followed up with a call to Brookvale to find out if the price for tyres includes fitting. I was told “NEVER go with what you see online as that’s not correct”. I asked for help but because I couldn’t tell the man what size tyres I needed for my car type he said “because you didn’t but the car from us I’m no use to you”. I didn’t know Bob Jane even sold cars. WHY have a website that gives incorrect details & why employ people that are useless?
