Buyer Beware
I’ve ordered from Booby Jones before and the experience was okay. The golf shirts arrived and were an okay fit. It was only months later, when I was notified of a sale that I ordered again, to take advantage of the sale price. I was notified my order was received and I then waited … a week later I reached out to follow up on my order as I’d heard absolutely nothing. A day later (why is has 2 stars vs. one) customer service said they would check with the warehouse…? Ok, then as I had to follow up again, I learned the product was no longer available. Very frustrating and a clear message to me to NEVER shop Bobby Jones gold apparel ever again. Bobby Jones was an amazing golfer, he’s probably rolling over in his grave knowing his legacy is tarnished by a very poor company using his name.
