Very good basic course…
Chapter quiz results, i was unable to find out which questions i got wrong, thats not good…

Excellent introductory course for anyone who wants to use a canoe, kayak or paddle board and a great refresher for everyone else. I highly recommend this.

ALL WAS GOOD UP TO LAST CHAPTER.THEN THE SYSTEM WENT SOUTH,TOOK ME 2HRS TO FINISH LAST PART OF EXAM.SYSEM MELT DOWN I ASS U ME.OVERALL GOOD TEST WORTH THE TIME.92% on last 60 questions not good but passed.

Great coarse , covered everything needed for safety on the water and for government exam!

Very informative course. The format makes it more interesting and engaging.

The only thing I would like to have seen is the answers to the section quiz questions that I got wrong.

Excellent product! All information was presented in a clear easy to understand format. BoaterExam helped me obtain my Texas Boater Education card with a 97% score on the final exam, first try! I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for an online, self-paced program to obtain their state Boater Education card!

Chuck Hawley is a fantastic presenter. He speaks slowly and clearly and is never pedantic, which would be really annoying. His organizational skills and your production quality are top notch. Great information throughout, though I was disappointed with the weather portion...too much emphasis on racing, and alot of impractical information. Who cares that a "fast boat can stay ahead of dipole squall" or what a Hadley Cell is? What we needed was closer up interactive animated weather maps, and more information about getting weather information readily on board. And how about a chapter on plugging hull breaches, checking seacocks, checking wiring? How about good watch and shift-scheduling habits? Finally, I realize you don't want to be mercenary, but you should have a place on your site where you list the gear you talk about and links to the vendors.

This was a well written course and fun to go through. Thanks for the education

Very fluid clear and easy to memorize the course content

It took me longer then I expected to complete the process but it was mostly informative and entertaining.

I liked the way it was divided in sections to help retain along the way .. test memory..
And take the fear off not remembering everything all at once ... I promise to be extremely safe on a boat .. I'm backup in the event my husband has a heart attack.. I need to know what to do & who to call👩‍✈️🚣‍♀️

I reviewed all chapters and completed each chapter test. I took notes as I went along. Did have some problems with the computer but the help line got me through the issues.

Great course very well put together and easy to follow.

The instructors were excellent and covered the course subject areas very thoroughly. Some of the quiz and exam questions were vague or ambiguous and difficult to interpret.

This course was extremely annoying to take due to the 10 second sail boat intro on almost every module! By the time I was on the 2nd or 3rd module I was totally distracted on how to move through these introductions. This also needlessly increased the time it took to take each module and thus course! This was dropped on the last few modules and it was much better as I stopped stewing about having to try to skip through that time consuming intro!

Other than that, Great class!
